Hotel Shree's

The property is more like a budget-friendly lodge than a well-run hotel. The front desk staff was prompt and even offered me an additional bed for free. The service was generally good. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The rooms are quite small. I understand that these are standard budget rooms priced at Rs.1980/-, but they still felt cramped to accommodate a family of two adults and one child. The bedsheets were clean, but they had many stains. It was as if they were just basic sheets with AC and a quilt. There is no in-house restaurant operating. While breakfast was complimentary, it wasn't good.

Very good place for family. Rooms are always very neat and tidy. Infact my in-laws prefer to stay in Perundurai and travel to erode for function as they feel very safe and secured. Customer service is very good and they have good veg options.

the service of staffs is worst of all...as if they are giving us room for free.

We booked this hotel since it was close to my sister's college. The rooms were brand new, so we assumed the hotel has been renovated recently. The rooms were clean, air-conditioned, with all basic amenities available. My suggestion will be to place a phone to access the hotel room service. We arrived in the morning, so we received our complimentary breakfast, which tasted great actually. The restaurant workers were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall it was a great experience, both in the hotel and the restaurant.

Hotel was newly renovated when we booked a room to break our long drive journey. Very good for a night stay. Ac worked well. Parking space has an overhead covering. Good location . Complimentary breakfast was tasty. Had all basic South Indian tiffin options.

A very nice comfort stay hotel,located on the Kunnathur road opposite to the Government Girls school, in Perundurai town. It is very useful for the parents of students,studying in the Government medical College,nearby. Very nice

This hotel is situated at the heart of the town. The party hall is really good for a medium crowded function. You can order varieties of food for your function. The taste maintained in the hotel was awesome. Their kitchen is see through. You can see the cleanliness of the kitchen by yourself.

The hotel is partly under renovation and dining areas are closed. The rooms are maintained well but the bathroom maintenance could be improved. The receptionist could be more communicative about the arrangement of complimentary breakfast from outside. There is a person named Jeeva (maintenance team), he was very kind and gave immediate attention to our requests. Overall - a calm & safe place to stay for business purposes and for families too.
