3 days at Dvara flew in a blink of an eye. Exceptional staff and services. The rooms we had were Mountain View with indoor pool which were very large and spacious. We also had a private lawn. The food was amazing and customised accordingly to our taste buds. The resort also offered a game room, spacious lawns for kids to run around and birds cage. Overall the stay was wonderful

Excellent Ambience & Food but Services Not As Advertised. My husband and I booked 2 nights at Dvara to relax immediately after our wedding. The website advertises experiences such as Cooking Classes, Spa, Traditional Games, and excursions to the village. We were very excited to try out all of these things. When we got to the resort, there were no cooking classes available, the spa was closed, and the game room included Snakes & Ladder and some very outdated books. We were very disappointed. The ambience of the resort is excellent and the food was mouth-watering. The service is also top class. But we pretty much had nothing to do for our entire stay because everything listed on the website was not available to us. Another complaint is that the hot water was able to fill up only 3/4 of one bucket and then ran cold. I would expect much better at this price point.

Stayed for one night with family. We had 2 Garden view rooms. We had a very memorable stay. Rooms were comfortable and furnished beautifully. The resort is very gorgeous and has a lot of amenities, indoor and outdoor activity options. Staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Food was yummy and the nature walk and bird watching tour by Mr. Rajesh was very nice.

We stayed here for 3 days with our 1 year old kid, and honestly, it's one of the best stays we've had in a long time. The pool villa with a mountain view was absolutely serene--waking up to that view each day was something we'll never forget. The property itself has such a peaceful vibe, and the architecture inspired by Karaikudi Chettinad heritage adds a beautiful, traditional charm to the whole experience. The food here was another highlight. Their Kongu-belt-inspired menu was full of flavour and variety--every meal felt like a comforting and authentic local experience. A big shoutout to Chef Manjunath, who not only crafted some incredible dishes but also took the time to explain the stories behind them. It added so much meaning to our meals. We also tried the Aarogyam Spa, and it was the perfect way to unwind. The spa therapies were deeply relaxing, and the whole setup was calm, clean, and thoughtfully done. It really helped us disconnect and rejuvenate. The team here is warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They offer lovely activities like sunrise birdwatching and guided nature walks. The naturalist was super knowledgeable and made the experience very engaging--we definitely recommend doing the birdwatching in the early morning when it's most active and peaceful. Overall, it was a wholesome, relaxing, and memorable escape. We're already recommending this place to friends and family. Can't wait to come back!

This trip was exactly what we didn't know we needed. We checked in with our little one hoping for some downtime, and what we got was so much more than that. From the moment we stepped into the villa, it felt like time slowed down. The private pool with that dreamy lake + mountain view? Unreal. We ended up spending hours just soaking in the quiet, sipping tea, and letting Ina splash around. The property has this beautiful old-world charm--Chettinad architecture, earthy colours, vintage details--and yet everything is super comfy and warm. It's the kind of place that makes you want to ditch your phone and just be. Food here deserves a post of its own. Local, homely, and made with so much love. Chef Manjunath didn't just feed us--he took us on a journey with every meal. Our baby had her first taste of some traditional dishes too, which made it even more special. We managed to sneak in a spa session (while one of us babysat ), and it was honestly one of the most relaxing hours in recent memory. The spa feels like a little wellness cocoon--quiet, clean, and just right. The best part? The people. Every single person we met was kind, patient, and genuinely happy to help. The early morning birdwatching was such a surprise hit--it's not something we usually do, but we're so glad we did. Nature feels different when someone's showing you what to look for. This wasn't just a stay--it felt like a pause button on everyday life. Left with full hearts, full bellies, and lots of happy memories. Definitely coming back when we can.

I stayed in the Mountain Pool Villa at Dvara, and it was truly the best place to stay and relax! The Pool is well maintained. Each and every staff were so kind and they treat you very well. Had a delightful candlelight dinner and the food was delicious. Thanks to the entire team. Dvara is the perfect destination for a serene and memorable getaway.

I seldom write review but this is such a hidden gem that I wish more people can enjoy it, especially if you are visiting the Isha Yoga Centre. It will make your pilgrimage perfect ! This property actually reminds me of Aman Resorts. If you have been at an Aman property, then you know what I am talking about Its surrounding area peaceful and Air Clean. If you are lucky, you will get a room in front of a large pond (water reservoir) with a beautiful Mountain view further away. I could spend all day sitting on the porch. Added bonus is the villa (which is a large room with a garden) has a dipping pool which is Perfect during the Hot afternoon. Moreover the property , although not big, is very spacious with plenty of green space. Chef Adul always tried his best to cater his food to the guest requirement. Given the hotel is in a remote area which is difficult to get all the ingredients, his cooking deserves a 5-Star. This hotel is relative new , about 13years, but v well maintained. You will see antique & vintage pieces all around the hotel. The large antique picture at the Reception can be a Museum piece. Salute the Owner's passion in keeping this resort a beautiful sanctuary. Disclaimer: I receive nothing from this Resort for writing this Review. I am simply grateful that the Owner has created such a nice place to make my Isha Yoga Centre Visit unforgettable.
