One of worst experience I have faced multiple times in zen park restobar.Not even a proper service for snacks and drinks. Service peoples not even care about the customers.Eventhough I went to bill counter informed about the my feedback in polite manner..But that person not Even care about our feedback(Looking like: Po da dei ). You might get the lot coustomers as of now..But u may loose everything and even in future may close the resto bar permanently. Consider a bit feedback of the customers..plz..

"Terrible Experience, Wouldn't Recommend" I recently stayed here and it was an awful experience from start to finish. The room was not clean, with stains on the sheets and a musty smell that never went away. But the worst part was the staff--they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I approached the front desk to ask for assistance with a broken air conditioner, the receptionist barely acknowledged me and acted like it was a huge inconvenience. Throughout my stay, I felt like an unwanted guest, with staff members barely making eye contact or offering any assistance. When I tried to express my concerns to the manager, they were dismissive and offered no apologies or compensation. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but it turned into a stressful, unpleasant ordeal. I won't be returning and definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that values its customers! Feel free to adjust it to your experience or add specific details to make it more personal! Note : Reception staff Sujatha , please don't talk to her or else you will all loose your temper

Not recommending these restaurant to someone would be a crime. The best room service and the best restaurant service you'll get in the Coimbatore city! They have a variety of food and dessert in their menu and all of those are wonderful. Must visit if you are looking for stay nearby!!

Review for The Zen Park Hotel, Coimbatore (1/5) I had a very bad experience at this hotel. My room was given late during check-in, causing unnecessary delay. The AC was not working, and despite multiple complaints, the hotel team took more than 3 hours to change my room. The lift was out of order, making it very inconvenient. Overall maintenance is poor, with visible neglect. Rooms are clean and spacious. The service was disappointing, and the front desk staff seemed least bothered about customer concerns.

Annoying issues with front-desk staff related to payments, confirmation of room, check-in/check-out process. Low availability of drinking water. AC issues and the room was too hot. Bathroom was of good quality. Coffee at the restaurant tasted very good.

A pleasant stay en route to Ooty. This is a perfect spot to halt sleep n refresh. Rooms were very clean n the best part is the location.... If u r travelling from far... U can come stay for a night n start fresh to Ooty the next day .. it is right on the main road to Ooty.

I have been stayed here for 4 days, the service was really excellent and specially I would thank for the restaurant department for their care for my child.

The location is strategic. It is located away from the city Central, and hence the advantage of no competition. There is no other 3-4 star hotel close by. The reception is quite responsive. I called early in the morning, and I got a quick reply and booking. They are flexible in the check in check out times. The restaurant is done up well and the food is good. The buffet breakfast was quite extensive. Rooms are well planned. Infrastructure is new and hence well maintained. One star less because of the bathroom. Water was not draining quickly from the shower drain channel as it was blocked. Did not get any solution for the same. They could have looked into this during a regular thorough check. Day tariff was on the higher range, however the food bill was quite acceptable. Overall a good place for a memorable stay in Coimbatore.
