It's ok room quality ok but service not good

Worst ever place I have stayed in my life. No housekeeping. No drinking water in room. Toilet closet broken. They gave a broken TV remote. They charge 1900 for the room. Even drinking water we had to fetch going down to the reception. Very poor management and extremely poor customer service. Most important is if you are coming to this place by car PLEASE AVOID. THERE IS NO CAR PARKING. When asked where to park the response was reckless and rude by the staff saying we don't have parking you find a place yourself. Do NOT risk your money and comfort coming here. Honest suggestion.

Best place to stay in Peravurani. But still there is a ample of space to improve the Cleanliness and room services. 3 stars for maintenence 2 stars for rooms services when compared to normal 3 star hotel in the major cities.

Neatly maintained but TV in rooms dont have cable or DTH connections,. Bathroom dont have showers. Other than that everything is nice.

It has the worst management, They do not care about the customer, They are only interested in making money. The receptionist was the worst, he wasn't interested in giving the room, he spoke in a rude manner

Great Experience with amazing rooms. Bathrooms and bed sheets were very clean. Worth a try.

Worst experience power cut and no one taking action on that... Paid customer need to sleep without power and they will sleep in reception with all facility fan and all
