Worst experience. Using this hotel since 2019. But yesterday it's pathetic. Checked out 12 hours earlier because of poor mentality of staffs. Lift always not working. When we asked to room boy. He asked us to use steps as like him. My mother is a 60 + aged cardiac patient. Try to teach your staffs, from where they are getting salary...

Very good ambience and service and everything was professional as caters to expectations and requirements and apt and prompt service. Overall very cordial experience and great professional demeanor as delivered to expectations both in terms of response to requests as well as neat and tidy maintenance and courteous and professional response
