AAA palace

Looked relatively new on the outside and room was spacious. But floor was dusty and bed linen stained and old. Toilet was terrible too. Everything looked stained and dirty, from the floor tiles to the sink tap. Overall maintenance and upkeep was also lacking.

Rooms were pretty good. But the service is worst. There was no towel provided. And no other toiletry items provided not even water. You have to get everything before you reach that place.

Worst hotel I booked for three days even one day also they not came for cleaning they didn't provide toiletries no towels waste of cost

The worst room, it's not clean and bathroom is very worst. The room smell very bad.. On top of everything, the people very very worst. They didn't provide basic like towel and not responding properly if I ask it...

The worst service i had ever experiance. The service is very worse that we have to wait 4 hours to get our bathroom towel and soap. No water,Even an extra bed which we had demand at booking were not provided. They told us till night 10 that they will provide us bed, after 10 pm they told us that there is no extra bed in their hotel .Please prefer any other hotel to stay

Worst briyani ever i had Service was very bad and they charged gst but they didn't have any gst number in bill Scam alert don't visit here

No left and night manager is careless

Better size of rooms with reasonable cost
