AR Phalazzo Resort and Banquet Hall with Swimming Pool

They are neither capable of servicing guests for stay nor they can host a function. I booked the entire resort for stay and also their lawn for a wedding function because of the fake promises they gave. Stating my experience as I don't want anyone else to suffer like we did: A. Their staff gave a quotation based on which we paid the advance and also printed our wedding invitation. Post two weeks this person was not available and they said the quotation is not valid anymore. We paid 30% more as we had printed the invitation. They also started charging for everything starting plates which was not aligned previously. B. They demand 100% payment before checking in. Without any staff to service guests even providing coffee, our experience was very poor. Given my previous experience with them I did not pay while checking in C. On the event week, the lawn grass was not trimmed due to which our guests kept skidding. D. They did not water the lawn due to which it was extremely hot throughout the event. All the reviews seem they are from friends and family , all the potential guests beware of such poor customer service. I had initially booked the resort because they are small and promised so many things. The management is pathetic as they do not know how important your functions and guests are. I'm sure no customer goes back to this place given such poor experience. They have a good place, but will never grow given such money minded people have 0 focus on delivery.

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Service and Broken Promises I planned my wedding reception in this venue and it was the worst mistake ever.My recent experience with this reception venue was deeply disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. To begin with, the staff was consistently unavailable and unresponsive. Leading up to the event, communication was a major issue. We had to chase them multiple times just to confirm basic details, and to setup arrangements. It felt like they were doing us a favor by even responding. On the day of the event, the lack of coordination and professionalism became glaringly obvious. The staff was understaffed and unprepared. When we looked for someone in charge to sort out some urgent issues with the lawn maintenance, buffet set-up- no manager was to be found. It was chaotic and stressful--completely the opposite of the seamless experience they promised. Many guests left unsatisfied, and we were incredibly embarrassed in front of our family and friends. In short, this venue overpromises and underdelivers in every possible way. What was supposed to be a memorable and joyful event turned into a frustrating ordeal because of their poor planning and lack of accountability. I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-organized, professional, and customer-oriented experience. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.

Very beautiful, neat and clean property. All the staffs are very helpful and cooperative. Nice place to relax with family. serves with a beautiful smile.will definitely visit again and will recommend our friends too.Thank you team AR phalazzo for making our stay very sweet n memorable

One of the best resorts I've stayed in... Very friendly staffs, manager was very helpful and attended to all our needs irrespective of the time... It is very child friendly... Pool is very well maintained, our kid had a very memorable time there. It's been 10 days since we visited and he still speaks about it... Hangers to dry our wet clothes were provided outside of every room. It was my personal favourite about this place as it helps keep the room mess free and odour free... Rooms and washrooms were very clean, great wifi and hot water access... Would highly recommend this place...

AR Palazzo Resort is a good destination for families, for children and for couples. It's a beautiful place which is secure and calm environment with all amenities including big lawn, swimming pool, and playing materials for kids. Rooms are neat and perfectly maintained. Above all, the staffs are very helpful, friendly, and good guide. The food though only Breakfast is homely and served hot with care. Good place to stay and reliable.

First thing is this property is made for family functions and parties, This is not a normal hotel so don't aspect hotel type of facilities here. Positive side is hotel is new, clean and well maintained. Negative side is, They provided packed breakfast dish to us which we have to eat with no other choice. They took extra charges for Tea and coffee, they said it is not included in free breakfast. Don't rely on the restaurant as they will say sorry sir but now we can't give you food, please order from Zomato Property is 8 to 10 km from Pondicherry so you should have your own vehicle or need to use Auto every time.

Pathetic service.. why invite guest to pay and stay when you want to use pesticide ?? And service team is so poor and wants to run as hostel , switching off lights at 10 amd push the family to sleep in room ? Overpriced and overrated - guess it's all paid reviews made .. think a lot before if u want to stay here

This resort is very beautiful and peaceful.very friendly staffs and calm environment.the best resort.i have ever visited in my life time swimming pool is most beautiful.
