Hotel Aadhi

I went to Sri Ananda Bhavan vegetarian restaurant which is in the ground floor of Hotel Aadhi . It is a very old hotel. Situated on the Railway Station to Bus stand main road in Mayiladuthurai. We took morning tiffin. It is average. Price on the higher side. The rest room is available near washing even though clean S new glacet with old tank searching for push button , no water in wash basin inside the rest room really trouble some. With limited customers they can concentrate on quality. The restaurant is very small and maintained neatly. Parking available for vehicles.

Very worst hotel I never stayed like this. No clean rooms, very old and damaged property Blankets,pillow covers, towel's are not washed properly Gave me a dirty towel then it was replaced after my complaint They asked me to cancel online booking and book it directly at the time of confirmation

Stayed here today 1.Rooms has roaches. Otherwise clean 2.No hot water for a day. 3. Asked me to cancel online booking and charged me much higher as direct booking. PS - book online, that is much cheaper 4. Service and food is really good at the restaurant, a touch expensive though I will not return to this place again

Stayed there on 6.2.25 for a day.Cocroaches in the room Water bottle provided after reminder.Compliant made at 9.30 pm to the Manager who was rude saying you can vacate, when I said I will vacate due to poor service .. We had booked 2 rooms a month back and paid advance and when we checked in at 4.30 AM with our family and infant , they said no rooms available and available for next day only. We had to search for hotels early in the morning with lots of lagguage and found Uma residency which was amazing and service was excellent. It was also very difficult to get the advance from them later. 0 stars for the worst service.

Never try to book in this hotel... the Manager and the owner itself are least bothered.. no value of customer

Room is good, but bed, room, bathroom buckets are not cleaned properly Issue in hot water, have informed service twice but no response Centralised AC and key card location those are excellent Most of the time lift is not working The cost is too high for the area location and amenities Overall average experience

Worst experience because of water issues cold water comes in black colour, hot water not even a drop several times we have informed (from 4:15am) but they handled it badly. Every disappointed
