A room full of mosquitoes, Bed and bed sheets are mosquito's blood. Service persons are irresponsible.

Could give it a 3.5 for the helpful staff. Though communication with them is difficult. Right on the highway. Good parking space. You've got a water purifier. We stayed in an executive room. Bed is big enough for three. But the room is small and the bed fills pretty much room. Will need to keep majority of luggage in the car. Bathroom clean. Western commode. Hot water 24 hours available.

Dear Management & Staff After my few trips to Rameswaram , I had found your (RBR) best lodging apart from Madurai this trip. I was a guest in the RB Residence on 4th week of January 2017. If I look back at my time spent there, I think I had one foot in paradise. Your hotel interior work and room facilities was wonderful and I had decided nothing to worry about lodging with family members in the future trips. Thank you very much for making the three days so special. Your staff is of the highest calibre, housekeeping and the rooms environment took my breath away. I loved it. Please convey my thanks to everybody and keep up the high standard of this beautiful hotel. And I like to share this Hotel Location (Madurai to Rameswaram Highway) and parking availability was good.

I have stayed here multiple times , but nowdays they are not maintaing it properly. Charging 1700 for a such a small room is worse. I can stay in. Chennai in a better hotel for that rate with good amenities . Bathroom buckets and jug was in poor condition with dirt . I won't stay here in future.

Pros: Great location ( right where the private buses drop you off) Easy access to public transport and shops Room with an AC and a TV Towels, Dustbin, mosquito repellent provided Cons: Very small rooms for 1.6k No hot water supply in the bathroom (they would provide it in a bucket if asked for) The toilet wasn't clean Bathroom with broken window panes Mosquitoes No kettle No toiletries

The rooms are okay but the bedsheets are not cleaned.. there is a bad smell in it and there was water leakage from the AC.. there is no proper maintenance... problem in the toilet flush, and they are coming in the midnight for service.. Not worth for 1800 rupees which is more costlier... even in CBE the 3 star hotels charge 1800 with breakfast complement... but nothing is provided... not even a coffee... water also only we need to catch and keep it in room...

Was on a family trip with 5 adults and 2 kids and they charged 4500 for 2 rooms for a night,and I think the rooms was not bad for that price.

The hotel has all the facilities including clean drinking water and Wi-Fi except that the room has a very big bed that didn't leave any space to move around the room. Otherwise everything else was good.
