The rooms are very cozy with basic amenities neatly maintained and well located in the area to reach all the tourist places. Plenty of food varieties available in the nearby market area. Complimentary breakfast, Car Parking available in the Hotel. AC & TV available (working condition) Easy Check-in and Checkout procedure. Room charges are worthy (valued) considering the location and easy accessibility. Thanks to Reception staffs.

very good experiance. Neat and clean rooms. Spacious too. Good hospitality. Very near to Vivekananda boat ferry. Compliment breakfast included which is also good. The only one remark is there is no Sea view for the hotel . Else it is good for a stay .

Please note that this is a 3 star hotel and expect services accordingly..that said the rooms are small.. averagely neat but does the job .. AC and TV works .. decent bathrooms with hot and cold water. The service provided was surprisingly good ... breakfast was tasty and the location is Perfect .. you can walk to the beach and value for money if you compromise.

Nice hotel, and professional staff. Breakfast was excellent. My entire family loved it. Rooms were clean, and room service was excellent. I recommend this hotel for Family and friends. Centrally located, near Sun rise point, Devi temple, Sunset point, Vivekanand Shila etc.

I had the misfortune of booking a stay at what I can only describe as the worst hotel I have ever encountered. From the moment I entered, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. Torn bedsheets greeted me, alongside pillowcases and duvets that looked like they hadn't seen a washing machine in months. If that wasn't enough, the view from my window was of a depressing bare wall--hardly the idyllic escape I was hoping for.||The pervasive stink of drainage throughout the premises was enough to turn anyone's stomach. But the real kicker was the staff demanding an extra 500 rupees just to turn on the air conditioning. It seemed like everything came with a hidden charge, including repairs for things that were already broken when I arrived.||The staff's attitude was equally appalling--rude, greedy, and utterly unhelpful. They seemed more interested in squeezing every last rupee from guests than in providing any semblance of customer service. I even suspect some light-fingered activities, as some personal items went missing during my stay.||Hoping for at least some consolation in the form of a decent meal, I was again disappointed. The food was abysmal, and even the basic expectation of hygiene in the toilet and washrooms was unmet--filthy doesn't begin to cover it.||Adding injury to insult, they advertise a "breathtaking sunrise view" from the terrace. In reality, the terrace reeked of an indescribable stench, completely ruining any chance of enjoying the morning view.||In summary, this hotel's misleading advertisements and abject neglect make it a place to avoid at all costs. If you value your peace, health, and budget, steer clear. Trust me on this one--spend your money elsewhere.

Good Hotel, big size rooms and looked good though some work needed to be done on doors. We felt a bit suffocated as there is no roadside or any views. Our room (303) windows were facing windows of adjacent hotel and you cannot open it. Staff and food taste both were really good. Location is just 5-10 minutes walking from temple, ferry point and last point of India.

Room cleanliness is very poor. Bathroom Doors have holes. Rooms are full of dust and not swept. Wood getting termite and its dust also not cleaned. Mirrors are absolutely dirty with patches. tv , floor , sofa and have dust layers and spider webs. Do not recommend to any one and the staff also was non cooperative.

This was our worst stay in India during our three-week vacation. We had planned to visit Kanyakumari and, based on the glowing reviews on Google and Booking.com, decided to book this place. However, it seems those reviews might be paid, as our experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The room was unbearably smelly, with naphthalene balls scattered everywhere in a poor attempt to mask the odour. The bedsheets were yellowed and torn, adding to the overall lack of cleanliness. The staff were rude and unhelpful, yet still demanded tips without offering any service. To make matters worse, the hotel is located in a noisy, chaotic area, with constant vehicle noise making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. I would strongly advise against staying here and would never recommend this place to anyone.
