HOTEL GRAND GAAYATRIS

My recent stay at hotel GRAND GAAYATRIS was, overall, a very pleasant experience. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were consistently attentive and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout my stay was very good. My room was very clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. However, I did encounter one small issue regarding the laundry service. While the convenience was appreciated, I found the pricing to be quite exorbitant. More concerning, the quality of the laundry was subpar, My pants were returned with an unwanted double crease, and there was a noticeable heat mark, indicating they had been overheated during the process.

The accommodations are nice, neat and clean, and the service is good. The property is located on GST Road, near the Chennai International Airport. Easily accessible by road and rail

Rude staffs... particularly guys sitting in reception...will not recommend for family

They don't allow early check-ins, even if room is available, they just say all rooms are booked , very noisy environment as its on main road, better sound proofing can be done easily, but they choose not to, floors were good enough clean and they dont have exaust in washrooms. Also they don't have lift or any assistance for take your luggage, so pack light. Don't expect Slippers in room Clean wardrobe Exhaust in washroom Any amenities in washroom(hand wash/soap, shampoo, toosthpaste, tooth brush) Clean bedsheets or blankets Daily room cleaning You are paying here for Bed, working AC, working fan, plastic chair and lock on room door.

Best place to stay and good behaviour of staffs

I recently enjoyed a delightful overnight stay here. The cleanliness was good, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Furthermore, the hotel's prime location offered an array of shopping options within easy reach. From luxurious boutiques to popular stores, the surrounding area provided ample shopping opportunities. I highly recommend this hotel for its clean environment, hospitable staff, and the convenience of nearby shopping amenities.

I Booked this Hotel from|Ease My Trip Travel agency From India (one of the Famous Agency!)My Expectation is shattered when I was check in on July 9th 2024!.This Hotel doesn't have clean Bead Sheets And Toilets!Toilets pipes are Mouldy and Disgusting!Bed sheets and pillow covers are nearly 10 year old!Bed Bugs are All over in bed!Attitude of the management staff also Terrible!Overall,My Family stay for 3 days Experience was Terrible!Don't recommend to Anyone This Property..
