PARVA RESIDENCY

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The hotel has spacious car parking, From the moment I entered, I was welcomed with a pleasant fragrance in both the reception area and the rooms, adding to the fresh and clean ambiance. The rooms were well-maintained, and they provided a refreshing kit with essentials like soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste--a thoughtful touch for travellers like me. They accept all payment methods, which made check-in and check-out smooth and convenient. The staff was polite and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel also has a lift facility, making it accessible for all guests.

I recently stayed at Parva Residency and, despite coming across a few negative reviews, my personal experience was quite good. As a solo traveler, I opted for a single room, which was well-maintained and comfortable. However, one area that needs improvement is room service--they do not offer in-room dining, and guests are required to go down to have their meals. Another aspect that should be addressed is staff communication. Since a hotel caters to guests from different regions, it is expected that the staff should be able to communicate in Hindi or English, but I found this lacking. Improving this would enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, it's a good place to stay,

Photos doesn't match reality. Rooms are in extremely poor condition. Stinky bedsheets, stained walls, noisy AC, toomuch yellow stained wash basin, black stained commode. Not suitable for couple or family. Positive thing is that staff were helpful, and willing to do everything in their capacity.

Room is looking good but bed sheet and pillows are not clean and also room have bad smell. Management also very poor. Totally room condition is not worth for money.

Facility is located just opposite to palladam bus stand. Hall is located in 2nd floor, dining hall is located next to program hall. Dining capacity of 40 members per lot. Separate parking facility available near 100m from the hall. Around 20 rooms available in 1st & 2nd floor.

Very worst service after getting advance for rooms ,not giving proper response to customer ,there is no cleanliness in room .

Good service and room very cleaning .

Very dingy place. Toilets are very bad and small. Owner is very rude and needs attitude correction. Do not go to this place unless you are in dire need of an overnight stay.
