Stayed at this hotel located very close to the Palani Murugan Temple--just a short walk away. Though the rooms are compact, the hotel is new, well-maintained, and comes with quality beds and good amenities. Highly recommended for anyone planning a comfortable stay and convenient dharshan at the temple.

Good location and well maintained rooms. But room service and other things can be improved to give better customer experience. Mainly disturbing in early hours.

Hi Travellers, I have never seen a hotel with no humanity being shown to its customers. I booked the hotel room in the night at 7.30 P.M. through online on the way to hotel through Agoda website. Agoda Website does not give you clear information either in website or in booking confirmation Pdf. Information like room type is ac or non ac , check out time etc. without noticing the check out time, i booked the hotel room considering that it 24 hours check out time and so i can check out at 5 P.M. the next day because my check in time was 11 P.M. on reaching the hotel it was a surprise information given to me that check out time is 12 P.M. the next day in the afternoon and when i asked the hotel owner for consideration to give me a buffer time till 5 p.m. as my check in is also 11 p.m. in the night and check out is 12 p.m. the next day so hardly 13 hours and my train time is 6 p.m. but he was very strict with the timings and said i cannot give u extra time. then i raised complaint with Agoda customer care and spoke to them for 45 minutes and the executive in turn spoke to hotel owner got me a buffer time of 3 hours after which i was staying in road side for 3 hours and then took the train. Hotel rooms was empty the next day but even then the hotel owner was not having humanity to consider the customer request and was only with business motive asking me extra amount to allow me till 5 p.m. Reception staff behaviour is very worst to the core. For God sake dont book this hotel and also don't book through agoda.

Compact rooms, yet affordable and hygienic. Car parking is a plus (can park 2 cars) Service persons were polite and helpful. Overall a good place to stay.

Very clean and good rooms for staying with family. It's located very nearest Palani temple steps. Staffs are very kind and good human being, highly recommended to everyone

A very decent hotel. We had a pleasant stay and the reception staff are co operative. The only issue is language barrier. The other issue is that if we come by car, as it is very close to temple we've to cross lots of shops and vehicles with close proximity. Although they have decent parking space. Hotel is very close to Palani temple steps way.

ONLINE PLATFORM's LIKE BOOKING.COM, AGODA AND MORE IS NOT PERFROMING FAIRLY WITH its CUSTOMERS! WHEN ANYBODY START SEARCHING HOTEL's ONLINE AGENTS WILL POP-UP AND WE DON'T THINK TWICE BEFORE FALLING TO THERE TRAP!!!! On 7TH MAY, 2025 I TOO EXPERIENCED THE SAME LIKE THE TRAILING REVIEWER's EXPERIECNE, ACTUALY I USE TO BOOK ROOMS FROM OFFICIAL WEBSTE OF ANY HOTELS!!! BUT THIS TIME TOO I HAD CHECKED THE OFFICIAL WEBSITE OF VIRUKSHAM RESIDENCY, AT A GLANCE I HAVE SEEN ALL THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE HOTEL INCLUSING CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME OF 24 HOUR's MEANS OUR STAY STARTS FROM OUR ENTRY INTO HOTEL!!! BUT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING ROOM I USED ONLINE PLATFORM OF BOOKING.COM, WHILE FILLING DETAILS FOR THE AVAILABILITY OF ACCOMODATION THERE WON'T BE A VISIBLE OF MOST NEEDED THING! AFTER FINALISING ROOM BOOKING THERE RECEIPT COMES THERE IT's BOLDLY GIVEN CHECK-IN 12.00 PM AND CHECK-OUT 12.00 PM, HERE WE ALL FALL PREY TO THE AGENTS!!!!!!!!!! VIRUKSHAM RESIDENCY IS SUPERB HOTEL AND VERY NEAT AND CLEAN AND STAFF's ARE OKAY AND MORE OVER THE PROPERTY OWNER IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN PHONE CALL IF NEEDED! I HAD CHIT CHAT WITH OWNER OF THE PROPERTY AND HE SAID THEIR RULE BOOK OF CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT IS 24 HOUR's FROM THE TIME OF OCCUPANCY, BUT FOR ONLINE AGENT PLATFORM's RULE IS DIFFERENT AND HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING!!! MY QUESTION TO ONLINE AGENTS WHY THEY ARE MANIPULATING THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TO 12.00PM TO 12.00 1. WHEN THE CONCERNED PROPERTY IS PROVIDING 24 HOUR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT FACILITY FROM THE TIME OF OCCUPANCY? 2. WHEN NUMBER OF CUSTOMER's DEPENDING OLINE PLATFORM ARE YOU DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD BE FAIR TO THEM INSTAED OF MANIPULATING THE RULE BOOK AND GIVING SPACE TO THE PROPERTY OWNER's TO MAKE EXTRA MONEY? 3. EVERY PENNY EARN BY RICH OR POOR IS COUNTABLE! WHEN WE ARE GOING AHEAD TO BOOK A GOOD ROOM WITH HIGH VALUE IT DOESN'T MEAN WE ARE RICH ENOUGH TO SHELL MORE UN-NECESSARY MY REQUEST TO GENERAL PUBLIC TO THINK TWICE BEFORE FALLING PREY!!!!

Good location as it is very close to temple. Service was nice. Staff behaviour is excellent and very helpful. Rooms are maintained clean.
