We went and ordered meals at 2 PM, the service was too slow. Only rice is available when we asked poriyal, curd, other items they took too much time and many didn't get the items. They provided only rice sambar rasam. But they charged 120 rupees. Chicken is below average. Quality is too and the price is high. Please avoid.

Avoid this hotel and resorts. They ill treat the guests and intrested only in billing and collecting the money. We were travelling from Kodai to Palani and stopped there for lunch. There were no service people. We had to help ourselves of what is left on the table. They took the order and served half cooked and meger food. The prices are exorbitant for veg meals Rs.120 but no side dishes...only rice and sambar. The bill came to 3,500 for 7 of us, they had goons to threaten and collect money. They said that over charging is the custom in this area. They are a shame to hospitality industry...pls avoid

Very worst hotel don't ever never go to this hotel...while coming from kodai to palani we planned to have lunch in this hotel....we were around 15 ppl...we checked before we got in that they have enough food for 15 ppl... They said we have...so we went in and waited almost 30 mins...they didn't even serve water either.... After a fight they serve food with limited rice and poriyal.... No appalam payasam salt....within one round all food finished most of them had only curd rice without any side dish.... But in the end they charged 120Rs per meal....we all raised concern that we didn't get any side why would we need to pay Rs120....The billing spoke harshly that you would have raised while eating itself after coming here if we cannot do anything.... Almost he charged 4000rs for curd rice only....this is a scam resort don't ever go....

The food at this place was absolutely terrible. It was unhygienic, poorly prepared, and lacked any taste or freshness. The prices were outrageously high for the low-quality meals served. It felt like a complete waste of money and left us deeply disappointed. I would strongly advise against dining here if you care about your health and value for money.

I can't recommend this hotel. I visited on 12Oct2024 The dining options were limited and tasted bad. The service was slow, and staff seemed disorganized. The washrooms were dirty, which made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Look elsewhere for a better experience.

We stayed here for one night while traveling from Palani to Poondi. Before we arrived, we had called to ask the booking process for one night. The man on the phone said that the price for 1 room would be 2000 Indian Rupees, and we can pay when we arrive and have taken a look at the room. When we arrived, the people running this "resort" showed us the room. There were cobwebs everywhere, dusty sheets, dirty blankets, cupboards with ants running around, the bathroom tile was also really dirty and the taps had really low water pressure. We asked them to at least clean the room. There were other hotels in the vicinity, not in the same area; would need to drive for a little while to get to the main road. But because it was quite late in the day and we had a rather long journey, we decided to stay there. While the people taking care of the resort were accommodating of our requests, the room was still unclean even after cleaning and it was way too overpriced. I would suggest staying someplace else

We had stopped for lunch on August 13th 2023. We were a party of 20. We had asked at the gate of there was enough food for the 20 of us, he said yes. So we got down. But there wasn't even food for the 10 of us. Half cooked rice, 2 curries and No appalam and Pickle, the meal cost 120 rupees. The chicken was under cooked and we have to ask multiple times for water. They also charged a ridiculous amount for this food. The food was Terrible, the service was bad and overall an unhappy experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The server was rude, half of us didn't even get served properly. Change your security as well. If you dont want to waste your money, skip this place and go elsewhere.

This resort is on the way to Kodaikanal via Palani. We stopped for breakfast; the food was only average. It is recommended to have food in Palani because there are no good restaurants before you reach Kodaikanal.
