I have never been in a room like this before. There was no towel, soap, or blanket, and I paid 2700 for one night. The power went out intermittently, and it took almost 10 minutes for the generator to kick in. The air conditioning started working after 20 minutes. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the receptionist, who was very polite and provided good service.

Please kindly watch out before you move in, Why because for your money this lodge isn't worth it! And please bathroom and toilet seat are very dirty which you feel this hell and in the whole world you never find a mosquito's in AC Room but the room service people are good but not room at all So, please take a look before you choose this room, In social media they've posted initial stage photos when it was nice and good.

Average rooms but too much hot in the night if we are staying in room without AC. Should have done proper maintenance of bathrooms. We booked two rooms, in one of it , faucet was not working properly and in another room we don't have the soap stand. Also the wardrobe door was damaged.

I have booked 10 rooms for my sister marriage. And all the rooms are neat and clean. My relatives all are happy in the stay the preson on the hotel is good and guide to go for temple.the lodge is very near to temple.

I am giving 3 and half stars. Near the temple and guys at the desk will suggest you the plan for darshana and very helpful. Nearby there are good vegetarian restaurants. Rooms are okay okay, just good for a night stay and freshen up. Price is affordable but their offline price is more than the online price. You can check both before booking the rooms.

Rooms are normal but for the price worth. Location is good and there won't be any extra service available. Budget friendly. It will be good if you repair the commodities.

I stayed at a Sasti lodge near the Palani Murugan Temple and would rate it 3.5 out of 5. The biggest advantage of this place is its proximity to the temple. It's within walking distance of the rope car station (800m for walking, 2.7km by vehicle), winch train station (1.1km for walking, 1.8km by vehicle), and the steps pathway (700m for walking, 1.4km by vehicle). The front desk staff were helpful and guided us on the temple darshan plans. The area also has plenty of local Shops for shopping No restaurants nearby only some local food stalls and tea poins, which is convenient for pilgrims. The room prices are affordable, ranging from 1,000-1,200 for Non-AC and 1,500-1,800 for AC rooms (for 2 persons). However, the offline price is higher than the online price, so it's best to check both options before booking. The rooms are very basic, suitable only for a quick freshen-up or an overnight stay. They have solar heater and hot water available 24hrs mostly depends on climate, Beds were not clean, and at night, they caused itching, which was uncomfortable. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with old and stained fittings. Cleanliness in the restrooms needs significant improvement. The photos of the rooms provided online are misleading and don't fully match the actual condition of the rooms. Additionally, the hotel doesn't provide any room service or basic amenities. There wasn't even a welcome kit, soap, or towels, which should be standard considering the price they charge. The TV in the room didn't work properly and only had Tamil channels, with frequent signal issues. During checkout, multiple staff members, including the receptionist, cleaners, and hotel boys, individually asked for tips, which was quite uncomfortable. As a solo traveler, I faced an unusual situation during check-in. Despite being 28 years old and experienced in traveling, the hotel staff asked for my father's Aadhaar card, phone number, and even insisted on speaking to him for confirmation before allowing me to stay. This was unnecessary and intrusive, and I've never experienced such a policy in any hotel before. If any couple is going to check-in at this hotel be prepare for this situation. Overall, the lodge is best suited for those looking for a quick stopover close to the temple. While its location is convenient, the poor maintenance, lack of cleanliness, and unreasonable check-in policies make it hard to recommend.

The worst room of palani! Please dont book this hotel heavy rate for AC room and AC ROOM like non AC room.The staff there was very poor in service & not at all cooperative.very bad.
