NPS Hotel & Lodge

One agent took me here. Non AC Room charge Rs.1200 is too high for this, for half day. Bathroom is too small, bathroom light didn't work. Charging plug point didn't work. They don't have enough power backup too. Geyser was working though. Cleanliness is okish. This is located in small shabby lane in residential area.

Very horrible to stay there. The behavior, maintenance and service all are very very poor. Not even deserve for one star. The cot was dancing, room was so dirty, when using bathroom water was leaking into room, bed sheet, and towel were not provided.

Hi, This part of the message is to inform, what happened on our last trip We had a plan to visit Palani (member of 15). Since it's a month of "Aadi", we thought the rooms would be booked earlier. On Aug 12th, I reached around 10 Hotels directly over the phone, "they informed us the rooms have been booked". Finally I got a Hotel via OYO, A lady representative who booked our room. She informed me that there are rooms booked around the temple premises, there is only one available. Hotel: NPS Lodge. Advised her to book '3' Rooms, She verified all the details and sent me a link to pay via GPA. Paid and screenshot has been attached. Reached the Lodge on the respective day, The room assistant, just read my name loudly and said three rooms are ready. We all rushed to the room and had to get ready, meanwhile he informed us we have a balanced amount to pay (Bal : 3000) I informed him the amount has been paid online. He had denied and started arguing, as per their rules per Room cost 2k totally for 3Rooms it's 6000. You have paid 3k via GPAY so pay the rest. I gave him the details below, as we registered a room in Oyo for our stay. Lodge Name: OYO 84883 NPS lodge. OYO ID: MHBR 2645 Aug 13th & 14th : TOTAL PRICE FOR 3 ROOMS (Rs. 2925). Aug 13th Check-in 12PM - Aug 14th Check-out 11AM. The Owner informed us, if u have any queries call the OYO, pay an extra 3k or else get out. Note: 1. The minute we entered the lodge, he said subhashini three rooms are booked, here is the key 2. You have paid 3k, balance is 3k 3. We cancelled Oyo 2 months ago. The owner's statement: 1. You have queries, Call OYO 2. Pay 3k Bal amount or Call OYO My question is, 1. How come the hotel guy read my name 2. How does he know I have to Bal the amount 3. How exactly 3 rooms were all set ready With all the Children and Elders we roamed for rooms for nearly 1hr 45 mins, The hotel's only concern is money, Pay 3k or leave. I have attached the screenshot of the pictures and paid statement. This isn't acceptable at all. Worst experience OYO and NPS LODGE. Thank you.
