Well maintained rooms, it's near to Hidumban hill, 1km from Palani hill

Excellent hotel under budget. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice view of Palani Temple from our room. Ample Car Parking space. Limited and average restaurants near by Hotel. Hotel has to look into the quality of water supplied to Restrooms.

Great location, beautiful atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist, lovely and great first impression of residency. Everything about the residency was exceptional. It was clean and excellent service .I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I would highly recommend MS Residency if you are looking for a budget friendly, safe, easily accessible and clean hotel. Budget friendly doesn't mean you will have to compromise on the cleanliness or safety. The hotel is safe for a family. The rooms are clean. The bathroom is also clean. Mr. Balaji was very very polite, professional and helpful. He was there to help me even before I made my booking. He was very accommodating and very helpful. The hotel is just next to the highway and approximately 1km from the Ropeway Car station. I saw the google reviews and there were many good reviews. More than the good reviews, what surprised me more was the way Mr. Balaji replied to each and every reviews. He reads the reviews and responds accordingly. I had read couple of 2 star reviews but the way Balaji explained the situation in the review helped me finalise this hotel. The service is exceptional. The rooms were neat. Soaps, water bottles, towels and extra bed were provided without any extra phone calls. The room boy was very polite and helpful. There is ample car parking. Your car will be safe. Everything can be found around this hotel. The location of the hotel is easily accessible. Even before asking for an early check in, I was given one without any additional payment. I would recommend this hotel for a family. And I would book at this hotel for my next Palani trip.

One of the best residency in palani, good service and clean environment, and also budget friendly

Rooms were very clean and spacious with 2 beds which could accommodate 4 people. Budjet friendly stay, walkable distance to Palani steps or Rope way and idumban temple. Bathrooms were not clean, had stains

We came to palani stayed 2 days with our whole family. Rooms are very clean and neat. Newly constructed with best welcome. Feel very happy to stay, Room service is perfect and polite. After long time we felt very happy staying our kids and elders. We recommend to our friends and relatives
