Negatives: * Room Service Concerns: I was extremely disappointed by the behavior of some room service staff who solicited tips or demanded money for their services. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel's overall service standards. Overall Impression: Despite the negative experience with some room service staff, I was generally satisfied with my stay at Jeyam Hotels. The hotel's strong points, such as its cleanliness, well-maintained facilities, and the friendly reception staff, were highly commendable. I hope that the hotel management will address the issue of inappropriate behavior by room service staff to ensure a positive experience for all guests.

I had a great stay at Jayam Hotel in Palani. The rooms were very nice--neat, clean, and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable. A special mention to the night manager, Will Maness, who was extremely helpful and professional. His service truly made our experience even better. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Palani!

I arrived from UK, without a booking, hoping to experience Thai Poosam festival. The staff were extremely helpful and the room was very clean. The views from the rooftop during daytime and evening/nights were mesmerizing. The stay at Jayam hotel (2 minutes from the bus station) enhanced my wonderful few days at Palani. I will definitely come back soon. Thanks

Great experience staying in Jayam hotel. 5 STARS !!! 1. Decent rooms with all facilities. 2.1 min walk from Palani bus stand and 5 mins to Palani temple. 3.Great service and response to all queries. Main note: I missed my 600rs worth earpods in the room and they called me within 2 hrs to inform. And helped with sending that item via courier and I recieved back in 2 days without any damage. Thank you Jayam Hotel & team.

Hotel jayam is an excellent place to stay.This is located close to palani Murugan temple .Very very clean rooms and washroom.Their service is really excellent.24 hrs hot water facility is there.Highly recommended for families.The highlight is all these are available in a very economical rate. I have booked room on 28th December 2024. I had enquired about parking and I had told that it's very safe parking behind hotel they have CCTV camera and security. Trusting it our family stayed and next day morning to our shock our brand new XUV 700 car one side badly hit and damaged. When I enquired they admit their guilt and told me to check in CCTV camera and will speak to management and compensate the damages. It's been a week no calls when I called they speak very rude. Avoid this hotel if you have car and looking for safe parking.

A small lodge with just about OK rooms. AC was functioning. Hot water available round the clock. Reasonable rates 1900/- for double AC room.

Perfect place to stay in palani near bustand where i was asked unfair tariffs in other hotels and was asked to check out by 12 noon. Here i got the best price, 24 hours checkout option and especially good respect from the receptionist and staffs also
