Worst Stay Experience - Totally Misleading Listing! Booked Hotel Saran Palani through Booking.com expecting a decent hotel stay for my family (wife and 2 kids). What we got was an overpriced, poorly maintained lodge-style setup--definitely not worth 3000 per night! Tiny, Cramped Room: Just 200 sq. ft. packed with 4 beds. Nowhere near what the pictures show online. No Parking Space: We had to leave our car on the roadside! No Lift: The building is G+2 with no elevator. Climbing to the 2nd floor felt like a pre-Palani temple rehearsal. No Basic Amenities: No towels, no water bottles, no tea/coffee setup, no breakfast, no room service. Pathetic Air Conditioning: AC works only for a few hours. They've thrown in two fans even in an AC room--says it all! Poor Property Size & Access: Built on just 3 cents, you step right from the street into the reception. Feels more like a congested lodge than a hotel. Totally misrepresented online. This is not a hotel--just a budget lodge charging premium rates. Booking platforms must review such listings and stop misleading customers. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Good hotel to stay in Palani. Very neat and clean room and toilets. Nice behaviour from staff. Close to temple. Only walkable distance. New building
