We took 1 deluxe ac room and 1 single non ac room for driver. Both the Rooms are neat and clean, walkable distance to temple Adivaram. Staffs are so friendly, (except house keeping) While check out at round 8.00am morning no one in reception so i waited near reception to hand over key, other family person gone outside near car house keeping lady shoutes them ask to come in and asking tips its so embarrassing.

Its near to pazhani temple. This stay is better than many other stays in terms of cleanliness. Room was spacious. There is an almirah and a dressing table. Bathroom is in the hall which is separated from the bedroom. I really liked this stay.

Nice service, Room appearance is excellent . It was neat and clean ,charges was worthable.

Recently visited this hotel. We checkedin in the night 8pm types. WORST BEHAVIOUR BY THE RECEPTIONIST they asked us to carry those toiletries to first floor while we were checking in. When we asked Why can't ur room service person do their work .. he said we (the guest) are LAZY. Who does that seriously, calling guests like that. ??? Very disrespectful Behaviour. Excuse me we are paying for those service as well. We didn't even expected them to carry our luggages. Compliant are not taken seriously. Whatever the reasons, I request management to ask their people to be courteous and respectful with guest. Other things will fall in place. And the rs.100 deposit system should be discontinued. That also gets a bad name to the hotel. DELUXE ROOM BEDS ARE BAD. HARD. felt like sleeping on a wood. Extra bed stinks, very dusty and dirty.

Poor behaviour from the Management side. Advance not returned back. Rent was too high. We took the room for the fresh up purpose only not for our stay. They were not ready to provide towels and soaps. Bathroom buckets were not cleaned.

Should improve their customer hospitality. Be flexible and do not ask to check out within 12 hours.

Budget friendly rooms. Value for money, we opted for a 6 bedded ac room for 2800/- (2700 rent + deposit 100). The room was near and clean and spacious for 6 people. They did not return the security deposit rs 100 reasoned that the manager was not there at the time of check out. recommemded for family stay
