Highly Unprofessional, Misleading, and Discriminatory - Avoid at All Costs I had booked an AC double room for May 2nd check-in and arrived around 10 PM after personally verifying the room through live videos and photos. Everything seemed confirmed and straightforward. However, what unfolded after my arrival was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Upon reaching, I was shockingly told by one of the staff members (who seemed to be the owner's son) to walk with him to a different nearby hotel. Confused, I asked what was going on, and I overheard the owner saying, "He's a single guy" followed by some hand signals. It became clear they had no intention of giving me the room I had booked -- just because I was a solo traveler. He told me straight up that since I was single, he'd give me a different room. I told him firmly that it is my right to book a room of any size - be it single, double, or a suite - and that being alone shouldn't matter. But he continued to make faces and insisted I "adjust" in another property, where the room was small, smelly, and completely different from what was promised. Worse, he started giving nonsense excuses like "the person hasn't checked out" -- clearly a lie to cover up the fact that they had given my reserved double room to someone else, likely a family, assuming a single person wouldn't protest. This wasn't just unprofessional -- it was deceptive and discriminatory behavior. I was treated as if my booking didn't matter because I was traveling alone. I had to demand my money back, which he reluctantly returned. Thankfully, I found a much better room near the temple on my own -- unlike this place which was far, down a poorly lit street with stray dogs around. This review is not about the stay -- because they denied me the stay I paid for. It's about a clear lack of ethics, customer respect, and integrity. If you value professionalism, honesty, and basic human respect, stay away from this place

So, this place has really really nice rooms. And great parking. And the pricing is really good too! But the thing is it's location. It's a steep trek down from the main road down to the hotel. So, be prepared. It's a REALLY steep descent.

Really the rooms are nice ,neat washrooms are clean and well maintained, overall I will tell nice place to stay ,the temple is also near by ,like the steps to climb.And the behaviour here of everyone is very nice.

The rooms are sufficient for two people, but there's no space for an extra bed. I booked two rooms, and one had a cockroach problem. After informing them, they provided us with another room. The hot water supply is good, and the staff service is excellent. The location is also close to the temple. Overall, the rooms are acceptable for this budget.

Excellent rooms with lot of amenities. We happened to stay with great expectations. It was highly satisfactory. Well experienced staff Humble, polit and responses well to our needs.

Worst management behavior and they lack common sense.dont waste ur money booking room here.

Rooms are clean and location is also good. Near the market yet a peaceful place . Affordable and comfortable

Good place for a day stay, budget okay for emergency stay for temple visit, I would like to appreciate Guru who incharge gave promt service
