Value for money. 1200 per room is super cheap. Clean and spacious rooms. Stayed with family, took 2 rooms for a day in nov 2024. Ample parking place. Hi-fi posh infrastructure. So impressed. Highly recommended.

The Evis Homestay is an excellent property for those planning to visit Nagercoil and Trivandrum. Located about 10 kilometers from Nagercoil on the Nagercoil-Trivandrum bypass, this homestay offers easy access to popular attractions like Padmanabapuram Palace, Mathur Hanging Bridge, and Thirparapu Falls. Padmanabapuram Palace is especially convenient, being just 5 kilometers away. Mathur Hanging Bridge and Thirparapu Falls are also within a reasonable distance, approximately 20 to 25 kilometers. If you plan a day trip to Trivandrum, this homestay is a great starting point. We personally spent one day in Nagercoil and another in Kerala, visiting Poovar Island, Trivandrum Zoo, and Kovalam Beach. The homestay's location proved very convenient for reaching these tourist spots. We rented the entire building at a very affordable rate. In fact, if this homestay were located in Ooty or Kodaikanal, the cost would likely be three times as much. The homestay features four rooms--two with air conditioning and two without. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with gas stoves, utensils, a RO water purifier, and a refrigerator. If you choose to cook, there's a small fee, but it's very reasonable. There are also nearby hotels and restaurants for dining out. The owner and security staff were extremely polite and helpful. Overall, we had a fantastic trip and highly recommend the Evis Homestay. It deserves a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

First, this house is just wow.. A big house with 4 rooms and they can be booked individually or full. I've booked an entire house and stayed for 3 days and i thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Owner is friendly to the guests. You don't have big eateries nearby except Udupi restaurant which is ok. Behind the property, full of greenery and a hill series which looks beautiful from rooftop. A big space for parking available where we have parked 3 cars without any trouble.

Clean and tidy rooms, but no service, you have to buy food outside, it's a homestay, so you cannot expect such. Very affordable price, it's very near to kumaracoil bus stop and on Nagercoil to trivandrum highways.

We stayed for 4 days in the Evis which is very near to kumarakovil arch. Really a safe and friendly place for family with kids and for everyone. The place was neat and clean. The owners as well as the care taker are very approachable and kind and fast to cater any needs. We stayed with 2 small kids. This place with kitchen attached happened to be a healthy option for us. Recommending Evis homestay for safe and peaceful stay.
