OYO 18955 St Residency

Very worst behaviour from the staff. I have my original driving license and partner have duplicate aadhar but staff didnt allow to enter room. So I loss my booking amount fully.

Bad Service... Location also horrible.. Actually We have already booked 2 rooms in online, when we reach there they tell us to pay extra 1500rs for to get our other rooms... Customer service also very bad

Worst room to stay first of all the location of this building, second they charge more than what they have mentioned in site, never book any oyo in Tamil Nadu & Maharashtra. Don't get fooled by the picture they have put up, dirtiest room with no dustbin, main thing is they let hot boiling water in all the taps if you bath without noticing it you are done ! Don't even think about booking a stay with oyo

due to night, the attendant charge triple of the amount then informed at the time of booking,. rooms condition also average, and no AC working

It's good for a budget-friendly stay if you want to spend most of the time exploring the city as there's not much to do in and around the hotel. The ambience is very calm and lights up especially during rainy mornings as you'll come across the local fauna. If you want to get away from the busy and chaotic cities, this facility can be decent escape. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. In short, it was a delightful stay.

Pros: Location is in an isolated place, peaceful stay. Reception person is kind and straight forward. For safety, dog is on guard. Cons: You have to submit your original ID for both guest for the duration of the stay 1. No AC 2. No toiletry kit 3. No towels 4. No hot water 5. Extremely dirty bathroom 6 TV not working 7 Dirty pillow, bedcover and blanket 8 No room service 9 No parking, have to park on road

This hotel is in a good location. Although amenities say wifi and ac they do not give ac . Went there twice both timed said ac not working. Then I understood that they are lying about ac to lure customers. I called OYO regarding this but they just wasted my time asking me to hold the line. I was put on hold for a very VERY long time after which they just cut the call . Behavior from staff also rude. Families stay away. People who are very low on budget can choose another hotel as the rooms are dirt bathrooms not maintained. They don't even change the sheets. Trust me, Avoid at all costs. The second time I went and they told me there was no ac , I left . But I didn't call OYO this time! At this point everyone knows that OYO Is useless and is unable to manage its own hotels.
