An average hotel and if you want to stay here kindly check the facilities personally before you pay. We had a miserable stay there with not working AC and heater. And parking is difficult for vehicles other than two wheels. The rent is much higher too.

Please don't stay here , very very poor quality & waste of money.

I was forced to take this hotel for a pudukottai trip as rooms were in demand from other hotels. Located just opposite to bus stand, My check in was so easy but none had bothered to take luggage to the room. Rooms are clean and neat with zero pests and mosquitos. Washroom could be even better as no shower available. Toilet flush was not working and more importantly our room does not have a latch to lock. The main disadvantage on this hotel is that it has Tasmac next to this hotel and hence the entire road has been blocked with vehicle parking. Its tough to manage the crowd and park your vehicle. Room service is good with immediate response. Hot water is through buckets but given on time even at 5 am in the morning. Rooms has smoking smell. Overall, for the cost we paid, its not worth hotel. Much to improve.

I halted overnight during my road travel to Rameshwaram from Chennai.||||The hotel is close to the bus stand and connectivity is good. The rooms were small. Can be cleaner. Bathroom should definitely be maintained better. Food was not so great hence I took food from another restaurant. I don't mind if they increase their tariff by a couple of hundreds if the above aspects are taken care of||||The staff took their time in billing and I would have liked some faster/brisk service||||Overall, decent place to stay but I would like to look for a better property next time

I booked their joke of a "suite" for USD90 and it was total crap. The rooms had bad decor, bad lighting, non working lights too. Outside the hotel are 2 local liquor store and the streets are blocked by alcoholics who swarm the street as early as 11am. The lift was in bad condition, could go kaput anytime. The aircon in our room leaked and the puddle covered the floor, there was no phone in my room, no towels, etc. Went down to front desk to get this sorted but they were unable to get me a phone! When they did get a phone, they said they had no wire to connect it to the wall socket. The drunkards in the street made so much noise all night. This hotel was a nightmare. Dirty and not maintained. Steer clear and go to Hotel Maari's nearby instead.

This is one of fine hotel around and opposite to busstand who wishes to be accommodate at moderate rate. It is not suitable for luxurious as well who looking for 3 star hotel. They accept debit card and electronic payments and 24 hours checkout. They attached with bar along with bar tender and provide nice service also. They provide complementary break fast. They provide fine lunch and supper also...

Liked it. Nice hotel in pudukkottai. It was clean and rooms were spacious. Some room were still fitted with Windows AC so cooling was not sufficient during summer time. Hotel management needs to focus on customer more.
