WINGS RESORT Ooty

Hi, We have choose wooden house. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staffs were very friendly and good services provided. They provided tooth kit, blankets and extra towel . - 24 hours of heat water was available - noise free even it is located in the city - room was clean and neat I recommend this for everyone. Especially for couple.

Excellent location. Very convenient. Rooms was good. Need improvement on daily housekeeping and also need to fix their toilets which badly stinks. Nithish was very cooperative and supporting. Overall stay was ok.

One of the worst experiences I have had in recent times, they just give the keys of the rooms and disappear. No reception and receiving the clients is worst! No restaurant and the site is at a dead end road where drivers feel difficult to bring out there vehicles.

Rooms are clean and good. Getting hot water 24/7. Staff are very friendly. Service is awesom. We spent 4days here.

This is Combined Resort of both Villa and an apartment, They Show us villas and allot the apartment. Parking is so Congested, Service Person is Rude and Hot water is only for an Hour Everyday. So Difficult to park and take out the vehicle. Not Recommended

We recently stayed in this resort. No hot water available in this hotel in all 3 rooms. No proper response from service stay .hotel owner himself blocked my contact. Sight view not available from this resort.

Must say, this resort is so amazing. Specially the hospitality and the service from the staff is too good. They were very humble and patient throughout our stay. Riyaz and Nithish anna thanks to you two for making women feel safe. Coming to room it was very clean and good. Overall wings restort gave me a wonderful experience. Will surely visit once again

The stay at wings resort was a splendid, I went with my family and stayed their for 2 days. The caretaker is such a good person he is very cooperative and helpful, we had all our meals cooked by their room service staff and it was very tasty. The cottage rooms and bathroom is very clean and well maintained. The locality of the bungalow was very calm.It also has ample parking space. I am surely going to make a trip soon again with my family they liked the place so much. ..
