White Residency/Ooty Biriyani House

I had a pleasant stay at white Residency. The service was excellent--staff were courteous, prompt, and always ready to help. The cleanliness was impressive, with well-maintained rooms, fresh linens, and spotless bathrooms. Common areas were also neat and welcoming. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Disappointing Stay - Severe Food Poisoning Our college group stayed at this hotel during our trip, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. The food served at the hotel was of extremely poor quality, causing severe food poisoning among many of us. Several students fell sick, requiring medical attention, which completely ruined our trip. Hygiene standards seemed neglected, and the staff showed little concern about the issue when we reported it. A hotel should prioritize the health and well-being of its guests, but this place failed miserably. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if they care about their health and safety. Would never recommend!

We had an extremely unfortunate experience during our college trip. A group of us stayed here and had meals at the facility, but unfortunately, we all suffered from severe food poisoning. The entire trip was disrupted as several of us had to be hospitalized, with some even facing serious health issues. To make matters worse, the staff and management were unhelpful and provided poor service, which only added to the frustration. It was a deeply disappointing and troubling experience."
