5 Stars We stayed at White Legacy Ooty with our full family, and the experience was truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly--it genuinely felt like home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful balcony and rooftop view that made the mornings and nights even more special. A special shout-out to the receptionist who was incredibly helpful and informative--he even arranged a pickup from the railway station which made things so convenient for us. Overall, a great stay with excellent service. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant experience in Ooty!

I had a wonderful stay at this resort! It's located at an elevation from the main Ooty bus stand, tucked away in one of the top corners, giving it the feel of an elegant hillside villa. As soon as you enter, you're welcomed by a beautifully designed interior that gives off classic old-villa charm. The entire place is clean, hygienic, and very well-maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and supportive, making the experience even more pleasant. Highly recommend for a peaceful and classy stay in Ooty.

He went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. He personally picked up and dropped-off us to the Ooty bus stand and gave early check-in for comfortable stay. He was always approachable, friendly, and ready to assist with any travel or local advice. It was great experience in the hotel. The hospitality, staff and service was awesome. If we visit ooty again, we will surely come to white legacy hotel. Funfact is that the hotel also serves many games like carron and badminton. The time we visited was like a golden time because at that time we met 2 person from Germany and 2 children from Ander pradesh. We had great fun with them and all the staff members. I recommend this hotel as the best hotel in ooty.

I recently stayed at a white legacy hotel in Ooty clean rooms and beautiful location. The staff is for being friendly and welcoming atmosphere. but in one thing little dissatisfies there is no autos and cabs availability is not there so we went to go by walk down for breakfast. And there no food services in the hotel and we get Only tea is available is there . And one good thing it is budget friendly and the staff treat like us a family members and the hotel manager (MR. Farshid) He personally picked up and dropped-off us to the Ooty bus stand and gave early check-in for comfortable stay. Overall, clean rooms and friendly staff with terraces and mountain views, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ooty!
