I recently stayed at your property for two days but unfortunately had to change my accommodation due to several concerns. While the location was quite good, the overall experience did not meet expectations based on what was advertised. Please find my detailed feedback below: Misleading Room Photos & Poor Condition of Pathway: The room allocated to us looked nothing like the pictures shown online. Additionally, the pathway to the rooms was in very poor condition, giving an unwelcoming first impression. Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior: The reception staff were not welcoming at all, and their behavior was quite rude and dismissive. We were made to feel as though we were staying free of cost. It's very disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism at the front desk, especially when they represent the first point of contact for guests. Room Safety Compromised: The room we were given had a faulty door lock. When we raised the issue, the carpenter mentioned the lock was stuck due to fresh paint--this is highly concerning, especially since we were three women staying alone. Our safety and security should never have been compromised in such a manner. Food Service Delays & Misinformation: We ordered food at 8:00 PM and only received it around 10:00 PM. When we tried to re-order at 10:14 PM, we were told the kitchen was closed--despite the consent form clearly stating kitchen hours are until 10:30 PM. This inconsistency is unacceptable and reflects poor management. These are serious concerns that I believe should be addressed urgently to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you

Great location. Breathtaking view from this resort. A telescopic watch tower is coming up next to it. Very spacious rooms. But, service is poor and maintenance of the property is not up to mark. Kitchen service is ordinary and quality of food is below average.
NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL, Worst experience ever. We booked a suite with balcony and mountain view almost a month ago and made the half the payment a week ago. The hotel confirmed that the room is available and we will get whatever we booked. We even called on the day of our checkin to confirm if the room is available and ready. They confirmed its available. When we reached the hotel around 7pm, they started saying that they did a mistake and the room is not available. They will give us an alternate room in some other building which is 1km from the current location and in some dark corner with hardly any guests. They started giving us all new stories, misbehaved and just ruined the experience. On top of that they are smiling and giggling on our plight. How pathetic can this be.
The location of the property is good.But very poor hygiene. The room and bathroom were stinky. The bedspreads,pillow and blankets were unclean with a foul smell. Overall it was a very disgusting experience.

I wanted to share a recent worst experience: The bathroom had a persistent bad smell due to cleaning issues, and garbage was left just outside the room. Despite raising this concern multiple times with the staff, the only action taken was spraying air freshener, which didn't solve the problem. Additionally, I originally booked the room via Booking.com. However, at check-in, the reception staff asked me to cancel the booking and pay directly to the property, leaving me unable to report the issue through the Booking.com platform. Since it was difficult to find another option at the last moment, I had no choice but to stay. So, I strongly recommend verifying the room as we cannot trust.
Driver no toilet no response waste resort That hotel was a huge disappointment. They charged 500/day for my kitten and had a strict no-refund policy even when I had a medical emergency. Worst part? I heard someone in the background literally saying, "Don't give them any money." Super shady! Glad I didn't stay there--who knows what other hidden charges they'd throw in. Avoid this place!
The room was good. The view was great and the service was prompt. There were some issues though like the variety of food in the restaurant was very limited and outside food was not allowed. The remote was also not working.
