I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a good experience from start to finish. The highlight of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room, especially during sunrise. Another standout aspect was the exceptional service. The receptionist, a very polite and helpful lady, made check-in smooth and hassle-free. She was always ready to assist with any requests and provided great recommendations for local attractions. The overall service was impressively quick--whether it was room service or any additional requests, everything was attended to promptly. The staff's efficiency and friendliness made my stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place with a good view, warm hospitality, and excellent service, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Bed sheets were not clean, requested to change them, said OK but they didn't. TV was not working. Location was nice, valley view. You can enjoy the view from the room. You can roam around the place or goto terrace to have beautiful valley view.

It is with deep regret that i write this review...I tried to refrain myself from posting this review but i later wanted none in future to suffer like me, hence posting this review. We had initially paid our dinner bill through UPI due to network issue the payment was pending and hence as adviced by the hotel employee i had paid the dinner bill once again through Credit Card as adviced by him under assurance that they will refund the amount upon double receipt, but in spite of several attempts to seek refund they still have not refunded and to add agitation now they have started avoiding and not even answering call now...such mean behaviour. In support of my claim i am also enclosing my whats app chat with the hotel.

Disappointing Experience with the Receptionist I recently stayed at tulips valley view resort, and while the location and amenities were fine, the front desk service was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was unprofessional, unwelcoming, and lacked basic courtesy. From the moment we arrived, there was no proper greeting or assistance. Instead of being helpful, the receptionist seemed indifferent, dismissive, and even rude when we had simple questions about our stay. Requests were met with sighs and eye-rolls, and it felt like we were being a burden rather than valued guests. Additionally, there was a complete lack of proper communication. Important details about check-in, resort facilities, and policies were either not explained or given with an annoyed attitude. Instead of making our stay smooth and enjoyable, the receptionist's poor behavior added unnecessary frustration. For a resort that claims to provide great hospitality, this was a major letdown. Customer service should be a priority, especially at the front desk, as it sets the tone for the entire stay. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their staff training. Would I return? Not unless they make serious improvements in their customer services

Dear Traveler, make sure to visit the property in person before making any reservations online. It is recommended to avoid booking rooms through websites. You may end up having a negative experience, as refunds will not be available, and the hotel will not accommodate any complaints. I am wasting so much time only because this will help other travellers who are spending there hard earned money in such property for stay.

Good Resort and Hotel Services But Parking.. at the beginning itself they are saying "Parking at owner's risk, they are not responsible for theft". I'm new to ooty that day and after seeing this thing i got concerned, I checked several times for my bike in overnight. Atleast they can provide an security for check after that. But nothing like that

A Truly Disappointing Stay - Avoid This Place We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was one of the worst experiences we've ever had. Like many others, we booked based on the photos we saw on Google, but those pictures are completely misleading. Most of them don't even belong to this property. This is outright cheating, taking advantage of customers and profiting from false advertising. From the moment we arrived, it was evident how poorly maintained the place is. The rooms were covered in fungus, everything was untidy, and the room had a terrible odor. We were utterly disappointed and immediately raised our concerns with the receptionist. However, his attitude was appalling. He outright refused to help, even when we requested a simple bed sheet change. He claimed there were no staff available late at night and dismissed us entirely. Given the time, we had no option but to stay for the night. The next morning, we were shocked to discover that the building itself is on the verge of collapse due to a landslide at the basement level near the cliffside. It felt unsafe to even remain on the premises. We've shared photos of the horrifying conditions to warn others. To the management of this hotel: stop this unethical business practice immediately. You're not only cheating people but also putting their lives at risk. This is a heartfelt plea--please stop making others' lives miserable with such substandard and unsafe accommodations. Stay far away from this place if you value your money and safety!
