I would have been happy if there was less than one star. The food quality is pathetic! There was a lack in hygiene, the chapathi was bitter and there was sand in each item. Each bite had sand and we kept the plates untouched with extreme dissatisfaction. We had to throw worth Rs . 3000 food. This is the situation of a top rated resort in a prime location. They are just looting people. If you want a quality stay with your family, then please do not come here. I travelled with my family with high expectations. Food is considered to be a major part of any vacation. They failed in quality.

The view is pretty but they can cut the long grass outsise the rooms for one. Avoid the heavy duty room freshener.. it that makes one want to air the room. The bathrooms can have a towel hanger and a clothes hanger to hang the clothes. Food is tasty.

I booked a deluxe room expecting a comfortable stay, but it was disappointing. The room did not match the price at all -- everything was old, poorly maintained, and not worth the cost. Honestly, even OYO rooms at a lower price offer better quality and upkeep compared to this. Definitely not recommended if you're expecting a decent deluxe experience.

I wanted to share my experience about the service of the hotel. We booked online for 2 nights stay and we were getting the option to pay at the property. Now, without any prior intimation, these people cancelled the booking and when we asked them about the booking on the date of our arrival, they said that it has been cancelled. This is how they are dealing with their customers. DO NOT recommend it to anyone!!!

I recently visited this hotel, and it was an excellent experience. The view from the property is absolutely stunning, truly top-notch. While the room itself was decent, it could use a little more attention to detail, but it wasn't a major issue. The food, however, was exceptional - definitely worth the price. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, it's a place I highly recommend, and I believe everyone should visit at least once.

The only good thing about the property is the location, and a couple of great staff. The room condition was pathetic. There was seepage, floor was always wet -structurally wrong. The bed linen - not sure when it was last washed. I paid close to 7k for a room which was not even worth 1k. Long weekend surge in pricing is ok, but definitely not for the quality of the room.

Very pleasant with a great view rooms in this property. Loved to stay here again. People in the reception area also supportive. Service is also good. They have the in-house restaurant. Had a children play area. Overall it's a fantastic stay. Thanks Tulips.

Great location, always school. Enormous parking space. In house restaurant with decent prices. They have a food truck for snacks in the evening and for breakfast sometimes. Rooms could be better accommodated, but the view compensates for it. Bon fire available at extra prices - 800 for a couple
