Sterling Ooty - Fern Hill

Very good resort, and most importantly polite and helpful hotel staff. A bit crowded during weekend, mostly because of corporate bookings....but they know how to manage the crowd, so no issues. Amazing food...... Breakfast was also good, though the live counter could have been managed well (and I didn't like the omelette there, bit hard and tasteless). Clean rooms, better to book their premium room with balcony.... can enjoy the beautiful green valley from your balcony.

Great Stay at Sterling Fern Hill, ooty!||||Had a fantastic time at Starling Farmhouse. The place is peaceful, clean, and really well-kept -- perfect for a relaxing break. The rooms were super comfortable, and the whole vibe was just right.||||Big shoutout to Miss Lily at the Sterling restaurant -- she was amazing! Friendly, quick, and made sure everything was just perfect during our meals. Her service really stood out and made us feel truly looked after.||||The food was delicious -- fresh, flavorful, and plenty of variety. We loved every meal!||||Overall, an awesome experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind with great food, service, and atmosphere.

Last night's disco event was full of energy, lights, and non-stop fun. The music was loud and catchy, with popular dance tracks that got everyone moving. The DJ did a great job choosing songs, keeping the crowd on their feet all night.||The event was well organized with enough space for everyone to enjoy. A special moment was when Discovery center "Navya bablu" joined us on the dance floor, adding to the fun and excitement. It made the evening feel more connected and cheerful.||Groups of friends danced, laughed, and clicked photos, making great memories.||Overall, it was a fantastic night filled with music, lights, and good vibes. If you love dancing and having a good time, disco night is definitely something you shouldn't miss!

Better late than never! I'm finally getting around to reviewing our amazing stay at Sterling Ooty - Fern Hill. The service, ambiance, and rooms were all top-notch. The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Special mention to the wonderful staff who ensured our room was always comfortable and even helped us with baby food arrangements. Their kindness and support made a huge difference. I recently stayed at Sterling Ooty Fern Hill and had a wonderful experience. The resort is strategically located, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. The estate is large and well-maintained, providing a serene and relaxing environment. The dedicated and supportive staff made my stay even more enjoyable. The meals at the in-house restaurant were well-prepared and beautifully presented. The rooms were well-appointed, meeting all my basic needs comfortably. For families, the resort offers excellent facilities for kids, including a pool table, air hockey, table tennis, carrom, and more. Additionally, the extensive parking space was very convenient. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Room service was very good--special thanks to Apang for being attentive and professional.
