We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. Excellent service and hospitality! Must visit with family. You will enjoy

Looked like it was build as the best in ooty but sadly due to lack of maintenance by current management, it is loosing its charm. Decent breakfast spread No alacarte options for lunch and dinner Staircase smelling of old damp wood, need some treatment/ maintenance Spa facility present only on paper. Play / gym area is nice but require a person to manage. Garden is locked . Fountain is too frothy from the chemicals added Lawn not mowed since long. Bar ambience is awesome, cocktail quality can improve. Parking is too tight but is manageable View is the only thing that is holding the place together.

Hotel rooms are very compact and too smelly also property not maintained, in kids area all the toys are broken. it's a average and too much price moreover which is located near the tea factory so there will huge crowd and traffic near the factory so going and coming back to hotel is very big task almost it will took nearly 45 min to reach 400 mtrs , no 24 hrs hot water facility we have to inform every-time to provide the hot water. If families are travelling please look some better property dont go for this

Perched at the top of mountains , the hotel provides a nice view. However , food lacks variety & is also overpriced. Staff were courteous & provided good service , but overall it felt like the property lacked maintenance. Approach road is in quite poor condition so travelling in & out may be an issue. Overall nice experience, but not quite worth the price !

The rooms are okay okay , not that great. Property needs major renovation, paints is coming out , walls have marks on it. Cleanliness is okay okay etc etc Basic amenities lack(food , F&B menu they have only for entire property), iron press for entire property, no iron stand etc etc Property rate is on a higher side compared to what you get. And yeah rooms photos are misleading. Recommendation is to skip the property , for a better property. What you get vs what you pay is absolutely not proportional.

A fantastic place to stay in Ooty. Not in the city center which is a great advantage for some peace and quiet throughout the day and night. Wonderful and helpful staff. Dinner was pretty great, albeit a little pricey. The complimentary buffet breakfast is top notch. Fresh, constantly topped up, a wide variety to choose and eat from. The taste was very good. The location of this retreat on a hill side high up presents with stunning views of Ooty, the far away hills, rolling clouds and wide open sky. Easily accessible. Overall a highly recommended spot for tourists and visitors to Ooty.

Very nice experience..The all staff was very supportive . Room are very heiginc. The all meals very delicious and so healthy. The morning break fast are in huge variety and very healthy and heiginc.|I will prefer this resort to all my friends and family member including my corporate links.

The state of the bathroom was terrible- cupboard doors were falling off, the sink was wobbly and the shower door wouldn't open fully. Glasses in the room were dirty and bathroom ammenities were empty (not refilled) from the beginning of the stay. Baby cot provided was quite dirty. The positives were that the staff at the restaurant were super attentive and had great customer service. Also the restaurant food (not breakfast) was very good. For the price we paid, it was definitely below standard.
