PARADISE PERFECT

We booked 3 rooms for 2 days at a total cost of 50,000 (8,000 per room per day). Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price paid. The room ambience was below expectations, and the quality did not justify the high charges. Additionally, the connecting roads to the hotel were in poor condition and extremely steep, making access challenging and uncomfortable. After check-in, we found that the bath towels and pillow covers were dirty. When we informed the reception, we were told that such issues should have been reported immediately at the time of check-in. This response is highly disappointing. After a long journey, it is unreasonable to expect guests to inspect every detail right away. More importantly, once a concern is raised, it should be addressed promptly, instead of offering excuses. Another major inconvenience was the lack of proper communication with the hotel management, who could only be reached via WhatsApp and were available strictly between 9 AM and 6 PM. This is unacceptable, especially in case of urgent needs or emergencies outside of business hours. There was also no in-house restaurant, which made it very difficult to arrange food, especially during the night. Ordering through Swiggy was not always possible, as delivery services often stop after 8:30 PM. Given the premium rates charged for the stay, we expected all essential facilities to be provided, including basic dining options. Overall, the hospitality was unsatisfactory, and the management showed no sense of responsibility or willingness to listen to guest concerns. Customer service and responsiveness should be fundamental to any hotel experience, but unfortunately, these were clearly lacking during our stay.

This hotel has rules that are not even found in Taj hotels. If you are going to this hotel in a taxi car, the hotel authorities will not consider your driver as a human being. If you are someone who loves your vehicle, they will not even allow to clean your vehicle in this hotel.. It seems that this is a hotel of a former IAS officer and a leader of the DMK party. The person standing at the reception has all the arrogance of that.

During my recent trip to Ooty, I had the misfortune of staying at a hotel ironically named "Perfect Paradise." From the moment I stepped into the property, it was clear that this place was far from paradise. The problems began right at check-in. The room I was given was in terrible shape. It was not clean at all, and a layer of dust sat on almost every surface. The carpet was the worst part--it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, heavily stained, and full of dirt and debris. Walking on it was uncomfortable and made me feel like I needed to wash my feet immediately. It was extremely disappointing to see such poor maintenance in a hotel that looked decent in pictures online. One of the most frustrating aspects was the complete lack of basic amenities. There was no kettle in the room, which is shocking for a hotel in a hill station like Ooty, where guests usually want to enjoy a hot drink to cope with the cold. There was also no hospitality tray--no tea or coffee sachets, no sugar, not even a complimentary bottle of water. It was clear the management put zero thought into guest comfort. In a location known for its chilly weather and serene vibes, having a hot cup of tea in your room is a small but meaningful comfort that was completely overlooked here. The absence of such basic facilities made the stay feel cold and unwelcoming, both literally and figuratively. To make things even worse, the road leading to the hotel was dangerously steep and narrow. Driving up to the hotel felt extremely unsafe, especially for those unfamiliar with hilly terrain. It was a nerve-wracking experience trying to navigate such a sharp incline, and I was genuinely concerned about the safety of both the vehicle and the people in it. For a hotel that expects guests to drive in, proper accessibility should be a priority--but clearly, that was not considered at all. This added another layer of stress to an already disappointing stay. As if the lack of cleanliness and amenities wasn't enough, the staff added to the unpleasant experience. They were indifferent, unwelcoming, and showed no effort to make the stay even slightly better. There was no greeting, no help with luggage, and no basic courtesy. Every request felt like an inconvenience to them. It was disappointing and frustrating to be treated with such apathy. What made everything worse was the false marketing. The online pictures painted a completely different picture--bright, clean rooms and warm ambiance--but the reality was nothing like that. It was misleading and downright deceptive. I have stayed in many hotels, ranging from budget to luxury, and I understand not every place will be perfect. But this hotel didn't even meet the bare minimum expectations. Cleanliness, safety, basic courtesy, and essential amenities are not too much to ask. "Perfect Paradise" failed on every level. If you're planning a visit to Ooty, avoid this hotel completely. You deserve better.

Best resort to stay with family, am very surprised and happy for your paradise perfect about your rules and regulation while booking. It's a slipper shot for unmarried couples, alcoholic, smoking people who are doing dirty on family staying places. This is the right place for disciplined persons. Great appreciation from myself. You don't value money for anything which is wrong for your guests and your property. Nice and safest place to stay with family. Language is the only constraint for us to speak with other state workers. Otherwise we had a nice time, restaurant, garden, play area for kids, indoor games, balcony view room . As per our request they prepared food for the kids. Thank you paradise perfect.. You are just perfect.

Stayed here for 2 nights with family and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comforting and homely stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast each morning. There was a wide variety of delicious options, all freshly prepared. Additionally, the view from the balcony was stunning, offering a great way to start and end the day. Paradise Perfect truly lives up to its name, and I look forward to returning on my next visit.

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience at this hotel. During our stay, the hotel staff entered our room using a master key while we were out, without seeking any permission or informing us. This breach of privacy is unacceptable and has made us feel very unsafe. To make matters worse, we discovered that a few of our personal items were missing after this unauthorized entry. When we brought up our concerns to the management, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they were incredibly arrogant and dismissive. They even had the audacity to suggest that we check out if we were unhappy with their service. They gave a reason of some drainage issue but before entering they should have called us to seek permission before entering the room. All our valuables and bags were lying unpacked. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value your privacy and expect respectful treatment from the staff. This experience has left us feeling violated and disrespected. I have a footage of the hotel owners speaking aggressively with us when we pointed out that our room was barged in. Also if the staff has to enter the room are the hotel staff not supposed to take our permission before entering the room if the keys are not giving. To the worst, the staff entered the bathroom and left it all in a mess with all the trash lying and our stuff tampered. The room and bathroom had all dirty footprints. The owners are very rude and instead of apologising they asked us to check out which we did the next morning and now the owner is trying to blame us for it. We could have called the cops and reported it that time itself but just for the sake of other guests we didn't take that step. It's a serious security breach on the part of the hotel management.

I have stayed here twice now. Both times I have enjoyed my stay and I don't have any complaints. The host as well as the house keeping staff have been helpful and kind. Rooms were super clean and the property is well maintained. Tons of beautiful plantation. They provide breakfast and dinner, surely try that as well. Both times we enjoyed the food as well.

The best place to stay in Ooty. Amazing management and very helpful. Kind service and gave us a homely feeling. There are a lot of books and play items for kids. The gardens are well maintained. They have ultimate plans. The rooms are very clean and tidy. The ultimate breakfast was served with the best hospitality. The best thing I have ever seen in life is this is a non-smoking and drinking area. U could sense the positive vibes when you enter. They have a good parking area. The location is at its best.
