Palve Sugavasam

Recently last week we went to Ooty for a Holiday trip. For this trip we have booked "Palve Sugavasam" stay for 3 days and 2 Nights. Pros: 1. Great view and it's very peaceful to stay 2. Complimentary breakfast is good and lots of options are available. 3. Service is good Cons: 1. Food in the resort bit costly than outside hotel 2. Nearby resort we don't have any shops to buy, so you need to buy while you are travelling inside the town itself 3. Heater will take lots of time to get heat Overall it's 4 out of 5 I can give rating for this resort.

It was a wonderful experience.foods were very Delicious, room services are very comfortable, arrangements you made for camp fire were very enjoyable. You made all our heart fulfilled. Thank you

I have visited to ooty from 14 to 16 and booked room through prestige vacations. I have booked for classic room but they have upgraded to superior room with same cost . The room is clean and sanitized , secure and room service is good. We had a morning break fast as complimentary the food is good. Over all its a good place to stay for vacations...

Lovely hotel with big,spacious and clean rooms. Hot water is available at all times. Food is delecious and is served hot. Jain food is prepared seperately. Staff is coorporative and active. The view from the hotel is beautiful and the resort itself is very neat. I strongly recommend this resort for my family and friends.

Ambience and customer service is too good. Very polite and gentle they respond all the query which we requested Need to improve few things.1) Drinking hot water not available in room 2) i feel that morning breakfast is not hot 3) some room geyser not working once informed they will rectify the issue.4) early morning coffee /tea is missing.

Very old hotel, most of the furniture, plumbings are bad. We had a severe leakage issue in the bathroom. They exchanged our room when complained about it. The food in the resturant is below average and doesn't justify the price tag. The staff members in the hotel are working hard just to keep the hotel a float

The resort itself is in a quiet and peaceful environment, perfect for those looking to unwind and relax. The service was good with ours every request being met promptly and efficiently. Best of all, the hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a budget-friendly option without compromising on comfort.

Rooms are good. Very good Amenities. Great service. I brought 172 students and 17 staff from Elite School, Redhills, Chennai. All the students and staff enjoyed the nice food and hospitality. Amazing place. Unbelievably low cost. We would like to stay here again.
