Serenity. Well most of Ooty is just that. However the property appeared to be on a slope and offers scenic views. The ambience is just what you need to unwind from a hectic city life - colonial, with a classic old world charm. Serenity. had an incredible stay.. The location is absolutely breathtaking - I woke up to a mesmerizing view of mountains wrapped in clouds, lush tea plantations, and towering trees. Watching the sunrise from here was an unforgettable experience. The peaceful atmosphere and scenic beauty made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend this place for nature lovers and anyone looking for a serene getaway. Can't wait to come back! Hospitality and food is very good. Situated at very scenic location.

THEY STOLE MY BELONGINGS! We stayed there as a group this new years and booked out the whole property. On new year's morning, the help working there have entered my room and taken my jewellery and friend's clothing. I have them on CCTV entering the room at three different times. They have denied it and the management did little to nothing to help. We also had so many strangers roaming around the property while we had booked the place and nothing was done about it. Don't let the place and pictures fool you. Management, if you're reading this... the screenshot has the exact timings on the 1st of Jan, that your help have stolen my things. Do something.
