Mountain View cottage

28/4/25. Overall, it was a very awful experience. The restrooms and rooms are unclean. The restroom has a bad odor. Basic necessities like towels, soap, paste, etc., have not been supplied. Morning tea has not been served to us either. We have to go upstairs and get drinking water.The cost is substantial.we had very bad experience from this staff. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. Not a single smile, greeting, or offer to help. Felt more like a burden than a guest."

Toilet wouldn't flush properly, and the shower had no hot water. The sink also leaked onto the floor--completely unusable bathroom." Got different answers from every staff member I spoke to. One said checkout was at 12, another said 11, and then we got locked out of our room before either.

Very bad experience overall. Rooms and bathroom are not clean. Bad smell comes out of bathroom. They haven't provided basic amenities like towel , soap, paste etc. We have not received morning tea also. For drinking water we have to go upstairs and collect.price is high.

It was the worst experience we have ever had during our one-night stay there. Their property is not maintained by them. They don't even clean the toilet, the tap was broken, and there was never hot water, door lock is not working properly It's all complete nonsense. Staff member frequently misbehaved. We were instructed to vacate at midnight.

Good attentive staff, On site car parking, Near to all tourist place, Budget friendly, I personally liked home food which was provided by staff. The night light with camp fire was excellent to enjoy the trip

Very uncomfortable atmosphere .one of of the the North Indian staff is underrated behavior among the tourists. He was treating like worst plz don't go there very unprofessional behavior. Very very worst experience in my life. 100% disappointment ever.....

We stayed for 3days and 2 nights of total 6 members. The room are so spacious and neat. The service is also so good and satisfactory.

Our family stayed there for one night and it was the worst experience we have ever had. They don't do maintenance on their property. The tap was broken, hot water was not available at any time, they don't even clean the toilet.
