We experienced exceptional hospitality during our journey to Ooty. When our electric car unexpectedly stopped on the Ghat road, we sought help here and were met with kindness and generosity. The staff graciously allowed us to charge our vehicle, making our situation much easier. Jude, also known as "The Magician," was incredibly friendly and delighted our children with his mesmerizing magic tricks, creating an unforgettable experience for them. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the food was delicious, adding to the comfort of our stay. Overall, it was a truly pleasant and welcoming experience that made our journey even more enjoyable.

Stay was wonderful. The host Ravi and Siva were very welcoming. Rooms were perfect. They also have another villa named Asta by M &N. Would visit there next time.

Recently had the pleasure of staying at Mount N Mist resort in Ooty, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! One of the biggest highlights of this resort is the stunning panoramic view of the lush green hills and mist-covered valleys. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the balcony or enjoying a peaceful evening stroll, the scenery is simply mesmerizing. The rooms were spacious, well-furnished, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was plush, ensuring a restful sleep, and the interiors were tastefully designed with a perfect blend of modern amenities and cozy aesthetics. The staff were truly outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and always eager to assist with anything we needed. Whether it was room service, travel assistance, or special requests, they went above and beyond to make our stay special. The in-house restaurant served a delightful variety of dishes. Every meal was freshly prepared, and the flavors were spot on. Dining with a view of the rolling hills made the experience even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a place to unwind, reconnect with nature, and enjoy premium comfort, this is the perfect choice. Whether you're traveling as a couple, with family, or even solo, this resort offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Falls on the way to ooty on the hairpin bend route. Rooms , views and food is excellent. Plan travel in such a way that you reach during daylight as roads are quite steep and might be bit of a risk for new drivers driving there first time. I liked my stay very much. They arrange for local sight seeing at very reasonable rates.

We were a group of 15 from Bangalore, staying for 2 nights. Initially, I was amazed at how quickly I received responses whenever I reached out via WhatsApp or call. Any changes you request, they accommodate in minutes. The service is top-notch, easily comparable to a 5-star hotel. The food was exceptional, and the property itself was outstanding. The campfire was outstanding, and we had a pleasant time. The washrooms were clean, and this property is situated exactly in the midst of nature, just as you'd want it to be, with plenty of peacocks and other wildlife to enjoy. The place is well-maintained, and the staff are courteous. Special thanks to the excellent caretakers, Anthony and Mr. Vishal Gowda, who owns the property and greeted us and helped us whenever needed. They also have another property featuring pools and a jacuzzi, among other amenities. We had one of the best experiences of our lives here, and we're all planning to return with our families. This is one of the best places in Ooty, and we highly recommend it. Bring your family or friends, and you will have a wonderful time!

1. Room locked were not working, which impacted our privacy. 2. Food was bad. 3. Dental kit/ body wash were not given. 4. Rooms were prebooked even after that they didn't give the adjacent room to my parents, not cooperative at all. 5. Not worth the price at all.

Gone for a family vacation.... guest communication is "Zero" they will stick on to their rules and regulations, anyway no comments on that since its their Resort or better call as Homestay.. Front office guy is too rude.. Food is a disaster... GM is just a visitor it seems when ever ask he will not be there who took our booking. you will find lost in a lonely area with no help.. will never recommend to any one....

Pros: * The property's location is scenic, offering potential for a serene getaway. * Rooms are adequate for a 2-3 star category. Cons: 1. Accessibility Issues: * The property is in a remote area with no public transport access. * Our 12-seater tempo traveler was not allowed beyond the check post. Despite prior information, your team denied pickup and drop facilities, forcing us to pay 1,000 for one-way transport. 2. Substandard Breakfast: * Complimentary breakfast was poorly organized and delayed until 9:00 AM. * Food quality and taste were unacceptable, with half-cooked dishes and minimal options. 3. Rude and Uncooperative Staff: * Staff behavior was consistently rude from check-in to check-out. * There was no assistance with basic requests, including sending the property location and handling food orders. Dinner took over 2 hours to arrive, leaving our children hungry until 10:00 PM. * Despite informing the hotel about our group details (4 adults, 2 physically challenged individuals, and 6 kids), there was a lack of preparation, including extra bedding. 4. Check-Out Hassles: * We were made to wait over 2 hours for luggage and billing issues. * A staff member, Mr. Anthony, falsely claimed we were issued two keys and aggressively stopped our taxi until the matter was resolved. Such behavior was unacceptable and ruined our holiday experience. Suggestions for Improvement: * Provide shuttle services or better transportation options for remote guests. * Improve breakfast quality and ensure timely service. * Train staff in customer service and hospitality to create a more welcoming experience. * Streamline check-in/check-out procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
