Lazo Silver Lake Resort , Ooty

It was a nice place to stay and access. It was a very neat and tidy place. The staff who are there are very kind and generous indeed very hospitable, particularly Mr. Prasanth is genuine and humble, he's an apt person to that spot. Food was very tasty and good staff are there to serve. My humble request to the tourist please don't hire a vehicle like auto and car from the hotel itself particularly from Gerald, he's the worst person I have ever seen in Ooty, who asks much money to visit neighbouring places, Even to drop in railway station he hires more than a car for an auto. But the hotel was nice to stay at and it's budget friendly. Thank you.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel for 3 days. Location is excellent, few mins walk from the lake. Hotel staffs are courteous, always smiling and available whenever you need them. We took the cab from hotel travel desk for sight seeing, enjoyed excellent service. Want to thank the Hotel Manager Mr Prakash and also travel desk support Mr William Jerald for overall experience! Would certainly recommend this to all. Thanks

Nestled on a tranquil hillside, Hotel Lazo Silver Lake is the perfect escape for anyone seeking peace, beauty, and top-notch comfort. The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking -- you wake up to misty mornings and fall asleep to the sounds of nature. The facilities here are truly excellent. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-furnished, with cozy beds and large windows that let in the light and fresh air. The staff is courteous and always ready to help. The food is delicious, with both local and continental options that are freshly prepared. One of the highlights of our trip was the transportation facility provided by Mr. William Gerund. He was punctual, polite, and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Whether it was a ride to a nearby town or a scenic detour, his driving made our travel smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a serene hillside retreat with all the comforts of a well-run boutique hotel.

Very good staff and service. Located near the main attractions of Ooty. They have dedicated 24*7 travel desk. Good ambience and comfortable stay. My family and kids enjoyed their service and hospitality. Thanks for the pleasant stay we had recently for 2 days. Perfect place for family and kids.

We wrongly checked in to this hotel.. This is not hotel/resort and any thing. they have given us cellar rooms.. restaurant is first floor.. no lift. there is no proper way to go to our rooms. Break fast is not at all satisfactory. out side food is 100 times better than this. recommending not to go to this hotel.

This is one of the worst property i came across in ooty. I paid 9000 for two bhk villa. We booked two villa for 03 nights.I cant even express what trauma i went through the rooms are in the worst condition. Beds are probably 6ft and the rooms are 7ft in size there is hardly space to move in the room. The wahroom is faulty. The room is dirty with no towel, no toiletries.who in the world gave them 4.6 stars and we fell in the trap.There is maintenance work going in inside the rooms. We cane at 9pm and we were tired so we oredered some food. The potatos are not cooked and its raw when we highlighted them they said sorry and left. The food is horrible.There is no fan in the room. Plz guys its your hard earned money spend wisely. Its not in the centre of ooty its 3kms away from the centre auto will take 150rs to bring u here. Biggest mistake of booking this hotel.

This is a budget hotel. The location is the best attraction , nearby the Ooty lake. The ambiance is amazing, really relaxing. 2 bedroom villas are spacious with a kitchen and a common hall and offer breathtaking valley views. But room service needs to be improved. Nice breakfast and very good service. Staffs were very friendly. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene, luxurious getaway in Ooty. Absolutely comfortable stay for couples. Staff is good and supportive. Located near to all famous tourist spots. Resort will provide complimentary breakfast as well. Affordable price and well behaved staff.
