Stayed one night here. Very nice ambient and good n clean hygienic rooms with good view. Rooms are as told as for lovers or newly married couples to spend a night. Very good service by staffs. They give us some complimentary items. Parking of car is no tension. Even we can order food here. Even there is campfire on top and karaoke too.

It is located on the peak which makes the view more exceptional. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. They also offer bonfire step-up and a shisha at additional charges 1000. They do not have their own pantry, but can order food online. You will still get coffee early in the morning as complimentary.

Rooms are Damage. No Hot Water. Otty is a place where hot water is a must. Located where bus can't easily access to the point. No television in most of the rooms

Hey this was very amazing experience at hotel the Bell mount. We were stay at hotel for 3 nights. All time room services. Staff is very supportive to everyone. Location is mind-blowing. We love it. We stay again whenever we ll at Ooty. Overall very excellent experience. Recommended to stay here. Enjoy it

Nice location We were given breakfast as well Can enjoy awsome view at morning from terrace. Standard rooms are small but clean and tidy. Will recommend for family or couple.

Service is very worst. Power is not available from evening in hotel and they didn't arrange any alternative. They arranged genset for few hours after 11pm. We will not recommend anyone because service is very bad.
