Hotel Glanton Manor

Hotel location is perfect place where as local sight can visit easily to walk. And all staff are good in behaviour. But one think can update in room that is basic amenities like soap, towel, shower gel etc..Will be available ..Before entered in room. Overall experience is all good..

I wasn't too happy with this hotel the pictures shown by them are quite misleading. First, the staff either gave us incorrect information or were unaware of their own pricing. We were told the rate was 6,000 per night, totaling 24,000 for four nights. However, we never received a confirmation email despite requesting one. When we called to confirm, we were suddenly told it was 8,000 per night instead. The bathroom was poorly designed, the commode was uncomfortable to use, there was moss on the walls, the towels were torn and the sink had a large crack. The bedroom didn't have a fan initially, though they did provide one when we asked. There was thick dust along the false walls, and the lighting was a major issue. The dim yellow lights barely lit the room, and I could hardly see my face in the mirror. The room felt dull and gloomy because of it. The TV and fridge were non-functional, they seemed to be there just for show. When we first entered the room, it didn't even seem ready: the floor was dirty and things looked untidy. There was also no room service for food. When we inquired, the staff didn't seem to know if it was available and said they'd have to check. The so-called "suite" rooms were also much smaller than expected. The only positive was the staff, they were polite and helpful, which I genuinely appreciated. But overall, this hotel did not live up to expectations.

Hotel Glanton Manor offers a delightful dining experience that leaves a positive impression. We had lunch there, and the food quality was outstanding, making it a memorable meal. The flavors were well-balanced and the dishes were thoughtfully prepared, ensuring a satisfying culinary experience. The ambience of the restaurant added to the charm, creating a pleasant and comfortable environment to enjoy the meal. Additionally, the ample parking facilities were a great convenience, especially in a busy area.

So this is my first time trip to Ooty with friends. Post 3 days I'm giving my honest review. Great experience and so much convinced to stay as it is in the middle of the town and near to every places that you wanna visit. We also celebrated Christmas there and had a wonderful time with my friends.The staff and the manager are also super friendly and always ready to help us in times of in need something. Even the Rooms are neat and clean. They treated us in a very special way and It feels like home for me. You will get everything you need. I must say Hotel Glanton Manor is super amazing. I would suggest you to visit this hotel. You won't regret it. I'm adding few photos below of how we spent our trip in the hotel. Great experience. Thank you Hotel Glanton Manor. Rooms are very good. Location is in the Heart of the Ooty. Shoping complex also available in this Hotel. No need to go away. After sight seeing Spa available for foot massaze. Nice massaze it is remove the feet pains. 24 hours hot water available. WiFi available. One thing we feel little bit unsatisfactory is prices in the restaurant are Expencive. Rest of things are EXCELLANT

It was my first time visiting Ooty and I am so lucky to get this wonderful Hotel Glanton Manor which is great experience and good facilities and the location is so convenient to go around trip! Everything is perfect. I would love to visit this place and definitely refer this Hotel to my friends too! Specially we were 4 ladies but we dnt have any disturbance or any issues in 3 days. Once again Thanks to Glanton Manor Hotel! Ooty!
