I had stayed in this hotel with my family. The experience was overall good but don't expect very quick service as we had to call for service many times. The breakfast spread can be improved as if you staying for longer duration it gets very repetitive and thus can be very uninteresting. Simple things like butter were had to be asked many times and still were not available. Very bad experience this was. The restaurant staff needs to be more attentive and more enthusiastic to help. Parking was available and this was good experience. The location is the best part of this hotel which is truly amazing, right next to the lake which can be really relaxing especially in early mornings and evening's. Overall a good stay but a lot of improvement is required. Room prices we paid were very expensive against the room experience and service received.

Well this hotel is exaggerated so much that I can't say. Only location is a big plus else nothing is there. Let me start with the entrance. From 1st floor only lift is there. If u r having a baby or elderly person pls think twice. Breakfast - 3 types of Sambar, 2 types of Idli u will get. In last 2 days I have seen it. If u r expecting some big buffet kind of breakfast pls lower the expectation. Have u seen any hotel making Poori in an Induction. Trust me I m not kidding. The poori was full of oil. I waited for 15 mins but did they any 2 pieces of Poori. Forget cornflakes. When I asked the manager who was managing told me that it's not in the today menu. I can imagine the kind of breakfast u will get. The cup is not at all dry. It's completely watery. Flies will be the inside the restaurant. In the room u will not get a hanger. The locker is not there. Bed sheet will not be changed for 3 days as well. Smell will be coming from bathroom when requested they will spray fresher. Forget banshee in the wardrobe. The floor mat is of brown colour. It looks that it has not been clanked since ages. The list is pretty long. What a bad experience . I shall not be visiting this hotel in future. They charge bomb for this kind of room & service.

We recently stayed at Darshan Hotels, Ooty, which is conveniently located just opposite the lake and boat house -- a perfect spot for sightseeing and leisure. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the service was top-notch. One of the highlights was the open terrace, offering a beautiful view of the lake -- a great place to relax. I especially appreciated their efficient room service. The hotel also offered a complimentary buffet breakfast, which was quite decent with a good spread of items to choose from. However, one thing I found disappointing was the lack of clarity regarding the policy for children staying with parents. I was charged an additional guest fee for my 7-year-old daughter, which was unexpected, as this wasn't mentioned clearly at the time of booking. I would strongly advise the management to update their policy and be more transparent on such details to avoid confusion for future guests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few improvements needed in communication.

Awesome experience here at Hotel Darshan. The rooms are good, neat and clean and spacious too. Food is good. The staff is very very cooperative. They have ampi theatre which they allow guests to view movie of our own choice and at no extra charges. Will surely visit again. Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel is very good in terms of location... Service... Rooms... I went ooty earlier also, but this property is extremely good... Staff is very supportive, specially Miss Florine, she support us very well, and give nice information regarding location sightseeing... Food is very delicious.. ambience is mind blowing... We stayed with family for 3 days .. and feel like a home..
