HMS Residency Ooty exceeded my expectations! Clean, spacious rooms, awesome service, and hot water facility. Syed Sahab, the owner, is very understanding and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I went last week to ooty it was an amazing experience with room stay in this residency , firstly owner uncle is too friendly and he rented rooms for affordable price it is very neat and hygiene discipline I liked it because parking place available also owner uncle will provide local tour packages for affordable overall it is safe and secure place for room stay in ooty.

Gracious host, very helpful and honest... City central location and rooms ranks high on cleanliness... walkable distance to many attractions within Ooty... I recommend this to my friends and acquaintances!

We booked a triple occupancy room during Christmas (peak tourist season). The room was very nice clean and cozy. Best part was the owner Syed was very helpful and understanding. Overall great experience. 10/10
