FabHotel Vinu Valley Resorts - Hotel in Coonoor Road

Very bad experience. I will not suggest those coming with family (esp with kids). Uncooperative owner, if u do not obey his terms he will cancel ur booking. Fab hotel customer care helpline also very Uncooperative. No room heater, always hot water problem, backside full of garbage, hair dryer not working. Nobody at reception, Only a single staff, we have to call him each time at reception. Poor service. Difficult road to reach, parking problem. Far from main road.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. at the time of booking i was told there was an attached restaurant and a garden area- neither of which existed .This was very misleading and disappointing. Wi-Fi was not working the service was Lacking. THE area was Very Congested with no parking space available , which made things even more frustrated. The hotel is located in an interior area with no nearby hotels I wouldn't recommend this hotel .

When Fab is promoting a property first understand how the property is designed and how the rooms are placed in the property and which floor has what type of rooms. This os very important when a group of families trying to book the same property. The Anurag from fab marketing side doesn't have any understanding on tbe property and property management doesn't know who is talking and booking on behalf of Fab, its total mess and runied our vacation with your stupid room allocations. I don't want to give any stars to this kind of service and hotels.

Accommodation stay in Fab hotel vino valley was neat and clean.Customer service is average but in the property (Aravind) they will treat the customers with the utmost care and it is good, Family ,children, and old age people can feel safe and secure. Breakfast was complementary. It was good but it will be great if they had more options in the menu other than mini Tiffin. Night we ordered food in fab inn . Overall food quality should be one concern. Biriyani and other non veg items is bad. kindly look on it Thanks, Ashwin Kumar L.

It is not a good place to stay at all.. No basic facilities Very unhygienic food Dirty bedsheets and towel Serving breakfast in plastic plate in a very unhygienic manner

I liked this unique building and location very much while comparing with other hotels. For Food you have nearest Fab kitchen but don't expect variety of foods but the food is ok for what they prepare. Even you can order food to the rooms through Swiggy or you can go into town to taste variety of veg and non veg foods

Review for DELUX room. Neat and clean room. Large bathroom.Hair dryer and geyser available inside bathroom. Staff is very polite. Offers breakfast. Its a really good hotel with all basic needed facilities including car park area adjacent to hotel. If you walk another 50m inside road, you can see a mountain view. Only negative point is the road towards hotel.
