Zero rating, it's not a three star hotel, it's just a old homestay, it's not worth even Rs1500 per night, not at all clean, pathetic service, location and navigation also very bad. Room, pillow, bed sheet, toilet was not cleaned. There was leak in toilet pipe during my stay. There is no WiFi, only small tv without any connection is there. There is no direct contact number to get location, the number shown in web and app is just a voice message. There is no receptionist in property, car parking space is vere congested. In my stay in this property during 18-19 April 2025, there was maintenance going on and loud noice was there so we couldn't sleep properly. All its good reviews in Google/MakeMyTrip is given by their own staffs, don't ever book this home stay. Such a terrible property.

I booked this hotel as a transit stop on my way to Coonoor. It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in, they don't have anyone in the reception and for the name same there is a 12-13 year old boy who doesn't even know what we are talking about. The best thing about this hotel is they don't ask for any IDs anybody can check-in with your name. The room was the worst thing I've walked into, the bed linens and bedsheets were so dirty that they haven't been changed for days. There's no hot water. I would have given a 0 if it was an option.

Very bad pathetic experience at fab express wenlock homes. From paying the advance booking amount till checking out, we faced a lot of unnecessary inconvenience even after booking the hotel 2 months in advance. The manager is never at the hotel . There's no receptionist. Only one caretaker who is totally clueless about the situations. The rooms are below average.

One of low grade hotel I have seen in my life.i have booked 2 deluxe room but got 1 deluxe room and one standard room.no breakfast available.no mosquito oil available.no room service available..no water available for drink.bathroom drainage not working.gezaur not working properly.one caretaker available.no manager available.extreame bad experience about this hotel..

I booked it via booking.com and found that, 1) Wifi was not working, which was main requirement as i was to do office work. 2) No geyser, no hot water. 3) I decided not to check in, and was told when supervisor will put no show, I will get refunded. 3) iam yet to get refunded for this wasteful stay and expenditure.

It was a quiet good stay for reasonable price. The rooms are neat and clean. I'm satisfied.

Don't be influenced by the room photos shown in websites. Property is quite old & rooms have damping patches. We booked two family rooms, Geyser was not working for one of those. So don't keep your expectation high while booking.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Ooty, booked through Agoda. The location was serene, offering a calm and quiet atmosphere perfect for a good night's sleep. Despite the old building, the maintenance was commendable. However, the actual experience fell short of expectations. The photos displayed on the app depicted a much newer establishment, but upon arrival, the reality was different. The furniture was outdated and uncomfortable, and the bathroom facilities were subpar. Even the breakfast provided was below average. Additionally, the lack of professional staff was noticeable. While the peaceful ambiance was a plus, overall, the stay did not justify the price paid. Consequently, I cannot recommend this property to others.
