FabEscape St. Clouds - Hotel in Ooty Botanical Gardens, Ooty

Better they can skip the complementary breakfast option They've provided us only two dishes in complementary 10 idly and 2 dosai for first day morning for husband wife with two kids... Next day morning they've provided only idly and samiya Feel very very worst experience with Fab app More over they've cheated many of the passengers like me. My advice is you just skip the complementary breakfast options so that you eat by visiting near by restaurants or order with Swiggy Zomato Here in this place the restaurant is not functioning as of now... It's little bit difficult to walk and reach this place from botanical garden or from market area, since the path is little bit too steep... So my advice is if you want to reach this restaurant with your kids or family members don't try to walk... go only by vehicles... There is No towel, No soap, No tooth brush in bath room. If you are searching for a calm & pleasant place... I can refer this... But I'm not at all satisfied with the amount which I've paid via agoda

Awesome property. Uphill, Great Natural view. Cool calm serene. Property full of flora and fauna, well maintained. Only drawback is Worst road condition from down to the hotel. Each and everytime you need to go down and return by walk only. Otherwise, you need to call a auto/Cab which is costly and not a good choice. If you want only to stay amidst nature for a leisure holiday, than blindly you can opt for this hotel

Not recommended! You will get better stay in ooty at a cheaper price. They have: 1) 3 dogs that shit on the small lawn area, 2) smelly blankets, 3) smelly washrooms, 4) no extra blanket available, 5) no dinner/lunch (they ask to order online and do not provide any reference of any good restaurants)only idli for breakfast, 6) no security and all lights off at night, no room service, 7) ground drinking water, which is not filtered, 8) road is too bad, very steep. We reached at 10.30 and they charged us 500 extra as checkin time was 11am. I was not well as had vomited on the way and when we asked them to get some packed water, they denied and gave ground water. They do not even have water filter. Very poor hospitality, they do not care if you are having a good stay, let be a pleasant one.

Property entrance has bad road and is very difficult to navigate at night/day. There is no security guard, nor any lights on at night. You will be on your own. Drinking water is boring/ground water. There is no filter water available. When asked for service person, he said he doesnt plan to go to market, so will not buy mineral water for us. Breakfast only idli everyday. Bread omlette extra charges will be applicable. Lunch/Dinner is not available at the property, service person asks to order online from Zomato/Swiggy. Although the dogs are cute and guest friendly, their dog shit is mostly everywhere, including the garden place as well. Service person doesn't clean it. Toilets are not clean too. This property is highly overrated, I suggest not to go.

This is fraud owner, avoid it. We had confirmed booking on 2 May but owner did not allowed checking here by saying terrif are increased and we did not getting payment from Fab. My whole family trip moof had spoiled by such fraudent hotel. When i called Fab / Agoda customer care they said they are trying to reach owner but no luck. I may get my money back but what about time and energy we spent for such frauduent nexus..dont recommend to anyone.

They didn't offered me room when I reached there at night 8.30PM, even though I paid the amount 15days back and ended up searching for hotels.. They hardly have 7 rooms but list more number of rooms than available in website. The owner of the property didn't even respond to phone call. Not ethical experience with these guys. Avoid booking here.

I had a horrible experience with Fabescape Ooty. Even after booking with advance payment, I was denied entry after reaching Ooty from bangalore, due to miscommunication between Fabhotels and property owner. Their explanation was beyond my understanding and Fabhotels couldn't get me another booking after 6-7 attempts. Customer care people were equally pathetic, they put my call on hold infinitely, and never came back with an update. Finally, I had to take accommodation in another residency. Avoid this at any cost.

The location is good but no proper maintenance of room, no cleanliness, no daily house keeping only same menu of complimentary breakfast. Not suggested.
