One of the best places that we have visited in a while.... The place is away from the hustle and bustle and is at ab apt location to enjoy peace and serenity. ||Rooms are well designed and the bathrooms are quite big. The cleanliness levels were very good.||Rohan who is the manager there or I should say one man army of the place is the reason the service levels are so good .. He is extremely helpful and is very courteous. He understands what the guest's need and is always willing to help.||Prem who is the chef there making some amazing delicacies. We througly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a good time out. ||A big thank you to Rohan, Prem and the Entire team.

The Place is so untouched and pristine! The cottage has a breathtaking view of the emerald lake! The cottages are so cozy and classy with beautiful chinaware and good food specially Chinese by the Nepali chef! The hammock and game room are lovely add on. Simboo and Rohan are impeccable hosts! Simboo took us all the way to the lake which an amazing experience ! Thank you team Emerald! Keep it up!

Outside the city chaos's, this stay is a perfect getaway anyone would need with Nilgiris surrounding 360 degrees. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing retreat. The food was cooked fresh and tasty by chef Prem. Simbu and Rohan are very helpful and accommodating people. They made sure we had a comfortable stay. We had a really good time. I would definitely recommend this place.

Had a wonderful stay at Emerald Resort. The rooms were spotless, and the location was incredibly peaceful--perfect for a quiet retreat surrounded by nature. Being away from the city made it an ideal place to unwind and take in the beautiful scenery. The service was excellent, with special mention to Rohan, Silambarasan, the housekeeping lady, and the chef. They ensured everything was seamless, and the food was both delicious and reasonably priced. The team was very helpful and catered to every need and request. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway from the daily hustle.

It was much needed break after another hectic year & we booked Emerald by Nature resorts. On the day of arrival the resort Manager Mr. Rohan called up in the morning and checked out on our arrival timing & Lunch. We shared our Lunch details from the Menu & reached the beautiful place by 2PM. The drive from Emerald resort was fine except few pits here & there. On reaching the resort, piping hot lunch was ready. We have stayed in most of the resorts in & around Ooty over the years & generally the expectations are very low. But shockingly the food was yummy. We ordered a mix of North & South Indian dishes & both tasted great. We stayed for 2 nights & we had the best. Breakfast spread was nice & had fabulous dinner's as well. Kudos to Mr.PREM who is the best & I might return just for food. We went for long walks in the early morning & evenings. Then Mr. Simbu from service took us for a Trek to Emerald dam through the beautiful forests & lush green Tea plantations. We went by our SUV for 2 KM's parked in the forest & walked 3 KM's to the Dam. It was a fabulous feeling with a nice breeze over the dam water greeting us . We chilled out there for over 45 minutes & was pure bliss.our Simbu called out to return as dark clouds were &gathering over head. The walk back was very throng stough for unfit people like me other wise it shouldn't be a big deal. My kid slipped & hurt himself with a slight bruise below his knee & refused to walk & asking me to carry him. I was just wondering if somebody could carry me & then this request from my son. Luckily Mr. Simbu offered to carry my son back which he did with grace. Just as every trip has a surprise element , I was asked to work on the 2nd day due to an emergency release & the strong WI-FI helped me to work as well. Also few indoor games helped to keep my kid engaged & mini library the family. The weather was fabulous on all 3 days with sunny on 1st day, cloudy on 2nd day & misty rains on 3rd day.Overall it was soulful experience & waiting to come back again. Thanks to almighty for this great trip!!

Beautiful location and great experience.. thanks to Simbhu and Rohan for making our stay comfortable. Loved Prem's cooking and would definitely come here again for the food. Emerald lake is a paradise for sunrises/sunsets.. 5 stars all the way

Great experience staying in resort, The resort's tranquil setting and attentive staff made for a truly relaxing stay,making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday Life ,property is outstanding & perfect hospitality. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer,a very good place to relax and chill,the rooms were beautifully maintaine.Thanks to Simbhu and Rohan and comforting meals prepared by Chef Prem.

One of the best remote places in Ooty to spend your Vacation. I had travelled with my wife and the stay was extremely comfortable and safe. They have just 2 rooms. Hence the property will not get crowded or noisy. The property has a good view to Emerald Lake and it is overlooking Carrot, Garlic farmlands. Food is superb and neatly prepared. Caretakers and Cook is Guest friendly. They also have guided treks to Lake. Nights are extremely cold and they provide complementary room heater. Toilets are neat and clean and is spacious. Almost all type of cars can reach the property. There are few bad patches of road but it is manageable.
