Emarald Hotel, Ooty

Emarald Hotel Ootty we visited with family its an apartment type hotel every apartment well furnished 3 bed rooms one hall and two attached bath rooms. bathrooms are newly renovated all time hot water supply. it was a nice stay. Helping staff. They have a restaurent mainly with south indian dishes. thanks

Rooms are so dirty.there is no facilities even a proper faucet,heater,clean bedsheet.rooms are just like freezer.food and service is good.

Horrible hotel Rooms have no ventilation extremely damp Food is horrible and costly Do not go here at all!!!

Reserved for 2 days, Please don't book this hotel; the bed is filthy and smells awful. No washbasin connector and tap.

Don't waste money in this hotel and restaurant no cleanliness worst experience.

The worst experience I ever had in my life with a hotel. Dirty rooms, dirty and smelly bed sheets. They charged more than a good luxury hotel would charge.

Good stay, except food everything is fine.

The room is very dirty and not even cleaned windows and balcony. Room keys are not working (no safety for our belongings when we go out)The window of the bathroom is covered by a piece of cardboard box.The pics they send are taken at the same time.. Don't look at it. Please check latest photos of hotel. They charged Rs 5000/ 1 day ( even not worth for 500 Rs). This is the worst hotel I have stayed and spoiled our trip feeling.
