View from the hotel is just amazing. Had a very relaxing, calm and peaceful stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Homely foods was prepared in the hotel. Enjoyed the campfire. Also it is pet friendly, had a pleasant stay with my dog.

The view is great from the rooms but negative point being it is very far away from the city centre, limited availability of food. The rooms shown in booking.com was not provided, we had booked 2 rooms but out of which 1 room was different and small compared to what they have posted online.

Except location nothing is good. The staff s not so friendly. And they charge 5 star hotel price for every food they prepare.. v costly and v far from Ooty .. we don't get anything in 10kms radius . Rooms are okayish and v small bathrooms.. Only location is good..

Food charge is too high. Like 5 star hotel price they are charging. It's not worth for paying too high. Rooms are fine and the location is good.
