Coastal Grand Space 4 Resorts

We got a family suite in an affordable price. The room service was top notch. The location is absolutely worth the hype as it is nearest from every tourist spots. The view from the hotel is too good. The receptionist and the hotel servicing people have been very warm welcoming. I loved the experience here. Just preferably go to weekends as you can get the buffet system. Weekdays there won't be any buffet so the food will be provided individually. At times the food might not be much up to the mark but it was manageable and sufficient to eat.

Very Disappointing experience! Booked based on photos, but reality was far from expectations. Room wasn't properly cleaned, bedsheets looked unwashed, and the bed itself was unkept. Staff didn't even bother to check the room during checkout. Avoid trying the food, trust me on that one. Only redeeming quality was the hot water for bathing. Wouldn't recommend."

Location is very good, unfortunately that's the only positive for this so called resort. Only one person at the reception is managing the show, can't blame him, so I will give him 4 star. Rest all are taken for granted by the management of this facility. 1) Complimentary breakfast is just for name sake, very limited choice of food, very late refill of food even with just 6 gusts having food, no table are cleaned, no drinking water at the table, with in 45 min few food items are not there with their limited items offered. 2) Poor maintenance of property, 3) Honestly not recommend this property for gusts who want a fuss free stay. 4) wish the management of the property address these issues swiftly.

Such a Great Pleasure to stayed there in your Resort. All the belongings are very safe & secured while we went out for visiting. Room service and the Food was very Excellent. Standards of rooms and Guest Amenities are Great.

3 star for location only. Cottages looked beautiful from outside but inside it was not at all maintain. They do not have proper room service, no restaurant that could provide even a cup of tea. Campus looked dirty with tissue etc thrown everywhere. Bedsheet were very old torn. No idea such a beautiful place but why haven't they maintained it.

the only thing is location is good. other all things are worst. complementary breakfast is worst no maintenance of the resort. no proper room service. I don't dare to give even 1 star for this hotel..

The place is much nicer than I expected. It is a very safe place to stay with family. Everyone here is very nice. There are many facilities here that are not found anywhere else near here. The restaurant room is very nice. Their service is very good for me and my family.

This property can turned to be one of the most demanded stay place in ooty if the management have enough attention to their guests. Our stay at this place is an unforgettable experience where there is no proper attention given to our needs by the staffs. Rooms were not clean with bad odour. Bed sheets and all not new. No proper house keeping. No proper room services. Above all waste management around this property is very poor where we could see dined plates at our villa which is left over there some 3 days back. When we enquired it was told that no enough staff due to the off season. If they know about their capacity why these guys are taking a booking and making our experience very unpleasant? The package included complimentary breakfast which is served at 9:30 where we waited from morning 8. And when the food came it was not sufficient for all the people who are staying there( almost half of the villas are full and it was above count 50) We waited till 11 for them to make food and serve. Altogether it was a bad experience and never recommended.
