Club Mahindra Resort - Derby Green, Ooty, Tamil Nadu

Ambience - I would like to provide my input on the ambience of the resort. It was really well maintained and there were lots of greens and flowers with good fragrance. The gardener Ms Jaya was very humble in explaining the different types of flowers and trees with lots of patience for our questions.|Check in- The check in was very fast and the rooms were provided within 10 mins of arrival. Ms Itishree was very helpful for check in ||The entire trip experience was mind blowing because of the three staff who were really courteous but with utmost professionalism. ||Mr Anbu -Highly courteous with utmost professionalism, at a point of time my kids were lost of the options for food since we opted for 2 meals a day for the entire stay. He understood and was very professional in serving us with additional dish on request for my kids. He never turned back at us even once and was always there for us whenever my kids needed. We really appreciate his work and he also ensured that he always maintained the professionalism and never let us felt that we were not cared for.|2- Mr Rajan - We sincerely admire his positive attitude and the way he works in the restaurant. I have never seen anyone who was spinning and can always be seen with a smiling face. There was not a day that we saw him without us smiling face with other customers too|3- Mr Mohan - He was very helpful and was there whenever we needed him. He always ensured that we were served on time without any delays.||I have visited many places including Club Mahindra other resorts but I have never felt the same experience that I had in ooty because of the above team members. I know that Club Mahindra was good in terms of service but this time it was really mind blowing with the way we had the service from the above three members. I'm really moved and touched and will never forget this experience that I had in Derby

We stayed here for 3 days as non members. Rooms are quite small. Food quality/ taste is average though spread is very good. Service is decent.||Myself and my wife utilized Spa services here and had excellent experience. Pui and Fatima were great masseurs. Facility is good and had soothing music. It is little costlier, but worth it.

Had an amazing and soothing SPA session. We had booked a coupe spa and both Grishma and Suraj made me and my husband very relaxed!! Thank you for an awesome time. Wish i can do this everyday !! I will definitely recommend Swastha Spa to all my near and dear ones.

The property is big with a huge number rooms. We stayed in Studio room and the room was excellent, maintained well. |Special mention to the staff. Very hospitable. Loved the way Mr. Shashank took care of us, always worth a smile. |We also used their spa, for a couple massage. Got to say, it was one the best. The therapists Greeshma and Nembui were amazing and they did great in releasing a lot of pain points. The pressure was just perfect. Overall an amazing experience.

A wonderful massage. All of my back aches are gone. Went in apprehensive but they were very professional and did a great job. The music was very soothing and the atmosphere was relaxing. Would absolutely go again next time i come to this resort.

The property is awesome, very near main town, excellent dining and extraordinary SPA. The kizhi therapy is fantastic and novel. Staff are courteous and nicely running round the clock. Fun area is an attraction for children | I will recommend to my friends

I am currently staying in 1016.||Pathetic service |1. Washrooms are not cleaned well at all by housekeeping. The miserliness with toiletries is pretty sad. Toilet rolls arent changed. Shower gels are refilled in drops. People got stuck in shower without gel.|2. Language is a big problem and this is coming from a tamilian. Some speak only tamil, some only hindi, and some ask for English. I can speak all 3 fluently but it's impossible to communicate as you have no idea who speaks what. You complete your side of conversation and then they ask for a different language. Maintain some uniformity, folks

Extremely pleasant experience. The ecosystem helped in unwinding and rejuvenate. The staffs have been courteous and ensured in fulfilling client's requirements with the best of advise and support as and when required. They made the whole family comfortable and also allowed much required privacy.
